entretanto, precisam reorientar a funcionária que "vive" com luva de plástico na mão direita... ela usa esta luva para absolutamente tudo e não só para pegar os alimentos.
melhor que fique sem, que a luva seja substituída por pegadores e álcool gel.
fora isso, super indicado!
hardworking and thoughtful. the service needs small adjustments and it is natural to do so because they opened a short time ago.
however, they need to reorient the employee who "lives" with a plastic glove on her right hand... she uses this glove for absolutely everything and not just to get food.
better that it goes without, that the glove is replaced by tongs and alcohol gel.
other than that, super indicated!

Pedi pelo ifood, 1 almôndega vegana, me entregaram um molho de tomate super água e ruim, sem nenhuma almôndega... Fui conversar com eles pelo chat e nunca fui tão mal atendida na minha vida! Claramente o atendente do chat não falava português, foi super grosseiro e ignorante, e me disse que a almôndega vegana, como era vegana era a mesma coisa da almôndega normal só que sem a parte da carne... Ou seja, só o molho, então pq não vendem como molho de almôndega? A embalagem era super mal feita e veio toda suja, meu namorado pediu o suposto prato de 2 kaftas, na foto dá pra entender o que eles enviaram...
Também pedimos falafel, que tava extremamente oleoso!
Espero que até o final do dia isso não me dê mais problemas

I asked for ifood, 1 vegan meatball, they gave me a super watery and bad tomato sauce, without any meatballs ... I went to chat with them and I have never been so poorly served in my life! Clearly the chat attendant didn't speak Portuguese, he was super rude and ignorant, and he told me that the vegan meatball, as it was vegan, was the same thing as the normal meatball only without the meat part ... That is, only the sauce, so why don't they sell like meatball sauce? The packaging was super badly made and came all dirty, my boyfriend ordered the supposed dish of 2 kaftas, in the photo you can understand what they sent ...
We also ordered falafel, which was extremely oily!
I hope that by the end of the day it won't give me any more problems
