★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Atendimento automatizado é péssimo!! Solicitei um novo cartão em Novembro e quando tento pegar um status da entrega pelo App ou pela central de atendimento (4004-7733) o atendimento automático retorna que não localizou nada e pede que eu entre com contato com o RH da minha empresa. Pela central de atendimento não me dão a opção de falar com um atendente. Tento a ouvidoria, mas me pedem um nro de ticket que não me dão a opção de abrir na central de atendimento.
Mandei uma mensagem pelo Twitter e simplesmente me ignoraram!!
 Automated service sucks!! I requested a new card in November and when I try to get a delivery status through the App or through the call center (4004-7733) the automated service returns that it didn't find anything and asks me to contact my company's HR. The call center does not give me the option of talking to an attendant. I try the ombudsman, but they ask me for a ticket number that doesn't give me the option to open it at the call center.
I sent a message on Twitter and they just ignored me!!

Hoje data 04/02/2022 Gostaria de acrescentar que tenho mais de 45 protocolos e mais uns 30 E-mails tentando resolver o assunto e ninguém sabe resolver, gente agora vou partir para o JUDICIAL. Essa ALELO parece ser uma empresa de captação de dinheiro de empresas tipo a minha e nunca fazem a devolução dos recebíveis.... sempre tem problemas. Cansei vou para o processo só assim resolvo o meu problema. Mais deixo bem claro que nunca na vida trabalho ou tenho a coragem de oferecer um produto tão péssimo como a ALELO
Horrible, a bad company never working with alleles in my company, much less I offer to my employees. Headache right. Note 10 for non-respect for customers.
Today Date 04/02/2022 I would add that I have more than 45 protocols and another 30 emails trying to solve the subject and no one knows how to solve, people now I will leave for the judiciary. This allele seems to be a money funding company type mine and never return the receivables .... always has problems. I'm going to the process just so I solve my problem. But I make it very clear that ever in life work or I have the courage to offer a product as lousy as the allele
