★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oi boa tarde. Estou muito triste e desapontada com o atendimento da AlfaNet de Maragogi al do qual o cep. 57955000 eu adquiri ao serviço da AlfaNet ha 2 meses. E eu não estava satisfeita com serviço já tinha ficado 2 dias sem internet. O serviço e o atendimento é péssimo, E quando eu fui cancelar eles cobraram 80% do valores das parcelas pra poder efetuar o meu cancelamento. Eu estava ciente do contratado. mas eles me convenceu que esse contrato não tinha importância e certificou que não ia ter problemas em cancelar. Ms na verdade era tudo mentira. A internet é terrível falta de profissionalismo ao cliente. :-(
Hi good afternoon. I am very sad and disappointed with the service provided by AlfaNet in Maragogi, including the zip code. 57955000 I purchased from AlfaNet service 2 months ago. And I was not satisfied with the service I had been without internet for 2 days. The service and care is terrible, and when I went to cancel they charged 80% of the installments to be able to effect my cancellation. I was aware of the contractor. but they convinced me that this contract was unimportant and certified that they would have no problems canceling it. Ms was actually all a lie. The internet is a terrible lack of professionalism to the customer. :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, se você avisa que vai procurar os direitos eles ameaçam e coagem o cliente afirmando que o dono da empresa é sargento. Não tem forma de contato viável nenhuma na maior parte do tempo. Os funcionários afirmam que não tem que dar satisfação ao clientes "já que não são eles que pagam seus salários". Reclamar com eles pode ser perigoso já que alguns amigos de funcionários vão tentar passar com o carro em cima de você enquanto você está no acostamento.
Horrible, if you tell them you are going to look for the rights, they threaten and coerce the client by saying that the owner of the company is a sergeant. There is no viable form of contact at all most of the time. Employees say they don't have to satisfy customers "since they don't pay their wages". Complaining to them can be dangerous as some friends of employees will try to drive the car over you while you are on the shoulder.

Pq já estou com essa internet estalada a 1 ano e meio e o pior é que não tem como resolver por meio de tempos tipos domingo e os outros dias a noite desde ontem sexta hj sábado caiu de novo e agora fico sem Net até segunda feira, se não chegar vou mandar remover
