★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudança muito confusa. Caminhão pequeno que teve que realizar duas viagens e trazer os móveis em dois dias. Além disso deu prejuízo quebrando vidro de uma cristaleira.Descolando pe de uma comoda e montando bar de forma torta e perigosa.Quebraram uma lâmpada LED do meu condomínio. Não indico a ninguém.Se pudesse voltaria atrás e mudaria em outra companhia.
 Very confusing change. Small truck that had to make two trips and bring furniture in two days. In addition, it did damage by breaking glass from a china cabinet. Peeling it off a dresser and setting up a bar in a crooked and dangerous way. They broke an LED light in my condo. I don't recommend it to anyone. If I could, I would go back and change into another company.

Funcionários muito educados e diligentes, trabalham rápido, de forma eficiente, mudança embalada com agilidade e cuidado, e concluída, após prazo menor do que o previsto em depósito próprio, aguardando espaço em veículo para remessa ao Rio de Janeiro, como contratado. Caminhões próprios, o que hoje em dia é raro, pois a maior parte das empresas trabalha com terceirizados. Móveis, eletrodomésticos, louça, tudo recebido sem um arranhão. Empresa idônea e competente, recomendamos sem restrições.

Own trucks, which today is rare, as most companies work with contractors. Furniture, appliances, dishes, everything received without a scratch. Suitable and competent company, we recommend without restrictions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei somente o serviço de guarda móveis e não tive uma experiência boa:
- O horário de funcionamento para guardar e retirar os móveis é muito curto. Mesmo pagando com antecedência, me dificultaram ao máximo para guardar e retirar os móveis no horário comercial.
- Embora eu tinha os próprios chapas, não deixaram eu retirar os móveis no dia seguinte.
- O encarregado responsável pelo depósito é grosso e mal educado. Incapaz de sanar as minhas dúvidas e achava que estava me fazendo favor.
Após dois meses, o proprietário do estabelecimento ligou para o meu irmão para conversar a respeito do atendimento. Ele pediu desculpas sobre o ocorrido e disse que o encarregado não fazia mais parte da empresa.
I only hired the mobile guard service and did not have a good experience:
- The opening hours for storing and removing the furniture is very short. Even paying in advance, made it difficult for me to save and remove furniture during business hours.
"Although I had the plates myself, they would not let me remove the furniture the next day.
"The deposit clerk is thick and rude." Unable to heal my doubts and thought he was doing me a favor.
After two months, the owner of the establishment called my brother to talk about the care. He apologized about the incident and said that the person in charge was no longer part of the company.

Pedimos um orçamento no fim do dia para uma determinada data e como era próxima, solicitamos que só viessem até nossa residência fazer avaliação dos móveis, caso tivessem a data disponível. Fizeram a visita, enviaram o orçamento e para nossa surpresa ao ligar para agendar, no mesmo dia da avaliação, falaram que não tinham a data e me trataram MUITO mal. Da segunda vez, liguei pedindo que avaliem isso na empresa, pois não foi profissional. Me atenderam mal e desligaram na minha cara. Dois homens extremamente grossos me trataram mal ao telefone, sendo potencial cliente. Não faça orçamento com a empresa. Principalmente se for mulher.
Company without any professionalism. We asked for a budget at the end of the day for a certain date and as it was close, we requested that they only come to our residence to evaluate the furniture, if they had the date available. They made the visit, sent the budget and to our surprise when calling to schedule, on the same day of the evaluation, said they didn't have the date and treated me VERY badly. The second time, I called asking them to evaluate this at the company, as it was not professional. They treated me badly and hung up on me. Two extremely thick men treated me badly on the phone, being a potential customer. Do not budget with the company. Especially if you're a woman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me mudei de cidade e precisei contratar uma empresa de mudanças para que possui infraestrutura para embalagem, desmontagem e montagens de móveis e demais pertences e, pesquisando no Google, optei pela Aliança Mudanças.
Foi uma EXCELENTE experiência. A minha mudança chegou intacta, todos os itens frágeis muito bem embalados, com plástico bolha e fitas adesivas e os móveis embalados com cobertores. Tudo chegou em perfeita condição, inclusive, todas as caixas já foram designadas para o novo cômodo da minha nova casa.
E, sobretudo, possuem equipe muito bem treinada e educada. O Adalberto, que conduziu a mudança, me atendeu com muita presteza e simpatia, sempre pontual, o Théo que fez a vistoria também sempre cortês e o Vinícius, com muita educação, transparência e sempre solícito no atendimento, inclusive, precisei mudar a data da mudança em cima da hora, liguei em um sábado e fui prontamente atendida.
Já me mudei muitas vezes contratando serviços de outras empresas de mudanças que sempre deixaram a desejar, então posso afirmar que a Aliança Mudanças é uma empresa diferenciada neste mercado.
Parabéns por prezar pela qualidade na prestação dos serviços! Eu recomendo (muito!) a Aliança Mudanças.
I moved to another city and had to hire a moving company so that it has infrastructure for packing, dismantling and assembling furniture and other belongings and, searching on Google, I opted for Aliança Movers.
It was an EXCELLENT experience. My change arrived intact, all the fragile items neatly packed, with bubble wrap and tape and the furniture wrapped with blankets. Everything arrived in perfect condition, including, all the boxes were already assigned to the new room in my new house.
And, above all, they have a very well-trained and polite staff. Adalberto, who led the change, assisted me with great promptness and sympathy, always punctual, Theo who carried out the inspection was also always courteous and Vinícius, with great education, transparency and always solicitous in the service, I even needed to change the date of the Last minute change, I called on a Saturday and was promptly answered.
I have moved many times already, hiring services from other moving companies that have always left something to be desired, so I can say that Aliança Changes is a differentiated company in this market.
Congratulations for valuing the quality in the provision of services! I recommend (a lot!) Aliança Changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela segunda vez que fiz a minha mudança com a Aliança, dentro de Belo Horizonte-MG. Embalam tudo com muito cuidado e não economizam nos plásticos bolhas/filmes e acolchoados. Na primeira vez, não tivemos nenhum problema, já na segunda vez, infelizmente, dois funcionários que manusearam a geladeira, que é enorme (duplex), acabaram amaçando as duas portas. Infelizmente, aconteceu! Mas super recomendo essa Empresa.
For the second time I moved with Aliança, in Belo Horizonte-MG. They pack everything very carefully and don't skimp on bubble wrap/films and quilts. The first time, we had no problem, the second time, unfortunately, two employees who handled the refrigerator, which is huge (duplex), ended up smashing both doors. Unfortunately, it happened! But I highly recommend this company.
