★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não abriram a loja no horário correto, e pelo jeito não foi somente comigo, bastante pessoas comentaram, fiquei mandando mensagens e não responderam. Após estar já voltando eles abriram e deram mil motivos de desculpas. Acho que há falta de comunicação com o cliente, espero que melhorem nesse quisito. Acho que tudo se resolve na conversa, mas o complicado é quando não há respostas.
They did not open the store at the correct time, and apparently it wasn’t just me, a lot of people commented, I was texting and didn’t respond. After returning, they opened and gave a thousand reasons for apology. I think there is a lack of communication with the client, I hope they will improve in this regard. Tive problemas com a medida paguei pra diminuir e novamente veio grande. Perca de tempo e dinheiro. N recomendo pra ninguém.
I bought the ring I had a problem with the delivery time, size and I do not tell anyone this place. They delivered my wedding ring on 9/9 that was supposed to be ready on 8/20. I had problems with the measure I paid to decrease and again it came big. Waste of time and money. I don't recommend it to anyone.
