★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar para se trabalhar, não respeita os direitos trabalhistas e impõe regras onde os funcionários tem de seguir calados e são punidos com advertências e até justa causa se não segui-las, além de descontos abusivos de taxas e mais taxas na folha de pagamento, não recomendo ninguém trabalhar lá.
 A terrible place to work, does not respect labor rights and imposes rules where employees must remain silent and are punished with warnings and even just cause if they do not follow them, in addition to abusive discounts of fees and more fees on the payroll, I don't recommend anyone working there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Trabalhei durante 1 ano e 5 meses nesta empresa e, para quem não sabe, é uma terceirizada de um banco. Uma empresa de telemarketing. E várias irregularidades me fizeram dar a nota mínima de avaliação. Nesse tempo de empresa não tive nenhuma vez apoio de mão no mouse nem apoio de pé. Muitas cadeiras quebradas, e o volume do Head era desregulado. A notificação era muito alta e o volume da ligação era baixo. Se eu não abaixasse o volume quando acabasse uma ligação, vinha outra com um barulho extremamente alto e agudo. Todo mês vinha desconto no meu holerite, todo mês dava erro no sistema, mas o erro do sistema nunca errava pagando a mais, estranho, né.

Terrible. I worked for 1 year and 5 months in this company and, for those who don't know, it is an outsourced company for a bank. A telemarketing company. And several irregularities made me give the minimum evaluation grade. During my time at the company, I didn't have a hand support on the mouse or a foot support. Too many broken chairs, and the Head's volume was unregulated. The notification was very loud and the call volume was low. If I didn't turn the volume down when I ended a call, another one would come with an extremely loud, high-pitched noise. Every month I got a discount on my paycheck, every month I got an error in the system, but the system error never made a mistake paying more, strange, right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalhar em empresas de call center geralmente não é fácil. A AlmavivA tenta fornecer auxílio. Possui muitos processos seletivos que não requerem muito tempo de empresa e realiza programas de apoio frequentemente.
Com exceção dos equipamentos quebrados e da cobrança inerente a cada departamento, o que realmente determina a sua experiência na empresa é o supervisor.
Mas independente da área, sempre vão exigir o máximo de tempo em serviço; não aceitam faltas injustificadas e sem atestado; os sistemas são terrivelmente lentos e as metas são estressantes. Então dentro do ritmo de uma empresa call center, na minha opinião, merece 3 estrelas.
Working at call center companies is generally not easy. AlmavivA tries to provide assistance. It has many selection processes that don't require a lot of company time and frequently carries out support programs.
With the exception of broken equipment and the charge inherent in each department, what really determines your experience in the company is the supervisor.
But regardless of the area, they will always demand the maximum amount of time in service; do not accept unjustified absences and without a certificate; systems are terribly slow and goals are stressful. So within the rhythm of a call center company, in my opinion, it deserves 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A moça me ligou 12:17 e falou pra eu enviar toda a documentação por e-mail até 13:30 (??), eu que já estava há mais de 1 mês no processo seletivo kkkk imagina se eu tivesse ocupada, fazendo bico, no hospital ou algo do tipo...? Porém, enviei a documentação e fui reprovada pq n tenho conta bancária, sendo que não tenho renda pra ter uma conta e eles me deram menos de 2 horas pra enviar a documentação toda. Achei o RH da empresa desrespeitoso e irresponsável e espero nunca ter que trabalhar aí, já pedi pra excluir meu cadastro pq a moça ofereceu oportunidades futuras, se entrarem em contato cmg novamente dps de toda essa palhaçada vou acionar um advogado trabalhista!!

Você sofre psicologicamente, a empresa te manda embora por justa causa você estando doente o RH tem umas pessoas pessimas que mal sabem calcular sua folha de pagamento, e ainda te atendem com cara de tpm esse lugar é horrível esta pensando em trabalhar nesse lugar? Pesso para que procure outro.. cuidado esse lugar faz riscos enormes para sua saúde mental!!!!!

You suffer psychologically, the company sends you away for just cause you are sick HR has some terrible people who barely know how to calculate their payroll, and they still serve you with a tpm face this place is horrible are you thinking about working in this place? I ask you to look for another one.. be careful this place poses huge risks for your mental health!!!!!
