★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa enganosa, oferece um serviço sendo que não tem condições de prestá-lo e após a data combinada para prestação do serviço (instalação de internet) avisa que não há cobertura no endereço (apontando ainda que não houve como avisar antes, como não houve?). 0 responsabilidade e credibilidade da Alpha Conecta, pega seus dados (CPF e RG) e não cumpre o serviço, sequer pede desculpas pelo transtorno (aliás, nem responde!). Profissionalismo e compromisso com o cliente passaram longe.
Deceptive company, offers a service and is unable to provide it and after the agreed date for providing the service (internet installation) warns that there is no coverage at the address (pointing out that there was no way to warn before, how was it not? ). Alpha Conecta's responsibility and credibility, take your data (CPF and RG) and do not perform the service, do not even apologize for the inconvenience (in fact, do not answer!). Professionalism and commitment to the customer have gone a long way.

Não te dá nenhum suporte no final de semana, se temos problemas, ficamos com eles segunda-feira
Since Friday I have been internet and TV signal coming and going, disappointed. I don't recommend it to anyone.
It doesn't give you any support on the weekend, if we have problems, we stay with them on Monday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi muito melhor mas parece que depois que a OOPS comprou o serviço piorou. Ontem precisei ligar pois estava sem internet. Hoje, ao ligar a televisão pra ver a final do campeonato carioca, estou sem Internet de novo. A nota só não é melhor pois os funcionários, sem exceção, são fantásticos.
27/10/2020: Estou cancelando o serviço depois de muitas quedas na conexão e inúmeros protocolos abertos. Foi me dada a sugestão de colocar fibra e quando foram instalar não conseguiram pela estrutura da casa. Mandei ajeitar e quando chamei de novo já não havia disponibilidade. Decepcionado e não recomendo.
It was much better, but it seems that after OOPS bought the service it got worse. Yesterday I had to call because I had no internet. Today, when I turn on the television to watch the final of the Rio championship, I am without Internet again. The grade is not better because the employees, without exception, are fantastic.
10/27/2020: I am canceling the service after many drops in the connection and numerous open protocols. I was given the suggestion to put fiber and when they were installed they were not able to by the structure of the house. I had it fixed and when I called again there was no availability. Disappointed and do not recommend.
