PIOR RECEPÇÃO! Já sou paciente, e nunca enfrentei tanta dificuldade pra conseguir um atendimento.
Não tenho o que reclamar do Dr Marlos, mas algo precisa ser feito em relação a recepcionista. Precisa ser trocada com urgência!
A menina antiga era ótima, ainda ligava pra confirmar a consulta.

WORST RECEPTION! I am already patient, and I have never faced so much difficulty to get a service.
I have nothing to complain about Dr Marlos, but something needs to be done about the receptionist. It needs to be changed urgently!
The old girl was great, she still called to confirm the appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como nao pra dar 0 estrela tive que dá uma. Pior clínica que já passei. Desde o atendimento na recepção até os médicos, se assim posso chamá-los. Em especial Dr. Ricardo Barros. Que fala gritando e acelerado. Uma consulta que deveria durar 15 min, dura 2. Ele não tá afim de te ouvir. Um ser arrogante demais. Se você for ter uma consulta psiquiátrica vai sair de lá mais louco ainda. Eles só querem o seu dinheiro e não efetivamente te ajudar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de dar zero, mas não é possível. Péssimo atendimento. O psiquiatra Ricardo é péssimo profissional. Se busca ajuda médica, procure outro, porque o CRM dele só.serve para repetir receita. O médico não te escuta, não olha na sua cara, fala alto e de forma arrogante e a todo momento espia o celular. Me senti desrespeitada, negligenciada. Um absurdo um médico desse ter acesso a receitas de medicamentos controlados sem que faça uma anamnese clínica pertinente.

If you are looking for medical help, look for another one, because his CRM is only for repeating prescriptions. The doctor doesn't listen to you, doesn't look you in the face, speaks loudly and arrogantly and constantly peeks at his cell phone. I felt disrespected, neglected. It would be absurd for a doctor like that to have access to prescriptions for controlled medications without making a relevant clinical anamnesis.

Marcam horário e atrasam mais de 2h, quando perguntei na recepção disseram ter 2 pessoas na frente e entrou mais uma apenas por aparentemente já ser algum conhecido na clínica. Total falta de respeito e atenção ao paciente. Não recomendo a ninguém! A consulta era com a neurologista.
Bad experience. They make an appointment and are more than 2 hours late, when I asked at the reception they said there were 2 people in front and another one came in just because apparently he was already known to the clinic. Total lack of respect and attention to the patient. I don't recommend it to anyone! The consultation was with the neurologist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência foi péssima, abominável, poderia acrescentar tantos outros adjetivos para expressar minha total insatisfação com o atendimento, que minha filha recebeu do Psiquiatra Dr. Ricardo Bayma. Este médico, acredito deveria repensar sobre a decisão que tomou ao abraçar a medicina pois, além de atender os pacientes de uma forma arrogante, não nos dando a oportunidade sequer, de dizermos o que nos levou a estar ali frente a ele um profissional da psiquiatria.
