★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exame de Covid agendado chegamos no horário. Atendente com uma postura péssima dizendo que não precisava de agendamento: exame por ordem de chegada Procedimento de recepção péssimo. Atendentes tele-marketing desinformadas do procedimento. Nunca mais!
Covid exam scheduled we arrived on time. Attendant with a bad attitude saying he didn't need an appointment: exam on a first come first served basis Bad reception procedure. Tele-marketing attendants uninformed of the procedure. Never!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é sempre bom, porém o site diz que 9 horário de coleta é até as 18h30. Ao chegar às 18h20, me foi avisado que preciso chegar às 17h30 pois as 18h eles já fecham todos os materiais. Não entendi nada
The service is always good, but the website says that the collection time is from 9 am until 6:30 pm. Upon arriving at 18:20, I was told that I need to arrive at 17:30 because at 18:00 they close all the materials. I did not understand anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor atendimento de laboratório que já fiz uso. Toda a equipe está de parabéns. Desde a recepção, a enfermeira e a médica que me atenderam. A dupla que estava no café da manhã, muito paciente e educada. E que delícia café da manhã, nunca vi nada igual em outros laboratórios.
Vc ainda tem a opção de receber os resultados do exame em casa!
Nota 1000 para a rede Alta.
Best lab service I've ever used. The entire team is to be congratulated. From the reception, the nurse and the doctor who attended me. The couple who were at breakfast, very patient and polite. And what a delicious breakfast, I've never seen anything like it in other laboratories.
You still have the option to receive the exam results at home!

Estive nesta semana e como sempre, fui atendido com excelência e qualidade.
Todos os atendentes são simpáticos, respeitosos é excelentes!!
Não tem o que reclamar desta unidade do Jardins!! É a melhor de todas.
Vale ressaltar que conheci a unidade Vila Olimpia que obtive a pior experiência, onde possuem atendentes com mal humor e despreparados!!
Hoje em dia só vou no alta jardins por conta dos Médicos, recepcionistas e a equipe de enfermagem nota 10!!
I have attended this unit in the laboratory gardens for many years.
I was there this week and as always, I was served with excellence and quality.
All the attendants are friendly, respectful and excellent!!
There's nothing to complain about this unit at Jardins!! It's the best of all.
It is worth mentioning that I met the Vila Olimpia unit, which had the worst experience, where they have bad-tempered and unprepared attendants!!
Nowadays I only go to the high gardens because of the Doctors, receptionists and the nursing team, grade 10!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz hoje pela manhã Exame de Covid para viajar amanhã. No site, a empresa informa que o resultado demora 1h. No momento da coleta me informaram algo entre 1h e 2h. Já se passaram mais de 3h e não consta nenhum resultado no site.
Dada a urgência, acabei de ligar para a empresa e me informaram que houve uma instabilidade do sistema, seja lá o que isso signifique. A atendente me informou que vão me mandar o resultado do exame por email daqui a 2 horas.
Enfim, o atendimento é ótimo, como era de se esperar por um laboratório caro. Por isso, dou 2 estrelas, Mas o que importa, ou seja, o cumprimento dos prazos do exame deixa muito a desejar, infelizmente. Espero que pelo menos entreguem o exame hoje, do contrário serei muito prejudicado.
I took the Covid exam this morning to travel tomorrow. On the website, the company informs that the result takes 1 hour. At the time of collection I was told something between 1 am and 2 am. More than 3 hours have passed and there are no results on the site.
Given the urgency, I just called the company and they informed me that there was a system instability, whatever that means. The attendant informed me that they will send me the exam result by email in 2 hours.
Anyway, the service is great, as you would expect from an expensive laboratory. That's why I give it 2 stars, but what matters, namely meeting the exam deadlines, unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired. I hope they at least turn in the exam today, otherwise I'll be badly harmed.
