★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As atendentes são ótimas e super educadas, mas atrasou uma hora a realização de um raio X. Um atraso desmedido pq estava vazio!
As duas estrelas são para o atendimento que foi ótimo.
The attendants are great and super polite, but it was an hour late for an X-ray. An unreasonable delay because it was empty!
The two stars are for the service which was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um exame e o resultado demorou 3 dias para sair, sendo que eles deram um prazo de 24h. Liguei e prometeram um novo prazo e nada de sair o resultado.
I took an exam and the result took 3 days to come out, and they gave a deadline of 24 hours. I called and they promised a new deadline and nothing to come out the result.

telefônico. Desejo desmarcar agendamento feito on line (lamentável,
cansativo) e nada; uma busca desgastante. Nem de longe a qualidade de outrora.
I haven't been able to get in touch for hours
telephone. I want to unbook an appointment made online (unfortunate,
tiring) and nothing; an exhausting search. Not nearly as good as it used to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento foi maravilhoso, desde a recepção, enfermeiras e a médica. Dra Cassia que fez meu exame de histerossalpingografia, não senti dor, foi muito tranquilo. Podem fazer sem medo. Recomendo.
Service was wonderful, from the reception, nurses and the doctor. Dr Cassia who did my hysterosalpingography exam, I didn't feel any pain, it was very peaceful. You can do it without fear. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o teste RT-PCR na sexta-feira dia 07 de janeiro junto com minha esposa e filha, na unidade Correia Dias. O resultado delas foi divulgado na terça-feira. Já é quinta-feira e o meu ainda não saiu. Sinto muito mas NÃO JUSTIFICA a alegação de que "estamos com muitos testes para fazer", já que colhemos o teste juntos. Me sinto preterido. Como agravante: sou arrimo da família e profissional de saúde - nenhuma sensibilidade, muito descaso e pouca profissionalidade, é o que percebo.
I took the RT-PCR test on Friday, January 7th together with my wife and daughter, at the Correia Dias unit. Their results were announced on Tuesday. It's Thursday and mine still hasn't come out. I'm sorry but it DOES NOT JUSTIFY the claim that "we have a lot of tests to do", since we collected the test together. I feel neglected. As an aggravating factor: I am the breadwinner of the family and a health professional - no sensitivity, a lot of neglect and little professionalism, that's what I perceive.

Cassia domit, uma excelente profissional que realiza o exame com amor e paciência tirando todo o medo e desconforto, junto com as assistentes Joyce e Tatiana uns amores deixa vc super relaxada onde eu estava com muito medo, ocorreu td bem só tive uma dorzinha de cólica questão de alguns minutinhos termina o exame,estão de Parabensss o laboratório e os profissionais. Obrigada
Good morning, I performed the Hysterosalpingography, you are already afraid of everything you read lol… but getting there very comfortable by the hands of Dr. Cassia domit, an excellent professional who performs the exam with love and patience, taking away all the fear and discomfort, along with the assistants Joyce and Tatiana, some loves leave you super relaxed where I was very afraid, everything went well, I just had a little cramping pain In just a few minutes, the exam is over, the laboratory and the professionals are happy.
