My assessment is for the support through what's app which is very bad, does not respond, takes a long time and the internet goes down regularly. Customer service and quality of service need to improve a lot!

THE INTERNET FALLS A LOT AND IT TAKES ALL DAY TO COME BACK. THE SERVICE BY PHONE IS HORRIBLE, VC IS ENOUGH TIME WAITING TO BE SERVED. A DISCEPTION AND THAT'S WHY I'LL BE CHANGING TO ANOTHER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de péssima qualidade, o cliente não é atendido de forma satisfatória, estou sem rede a 3 dias (sexta, sábado e domingo), por sorte caiu no fim de semana e segundo o atendente meu chamado só começa a valer na segunda.
Terrible service, the customer is not served satisfactorily, I have been without a network for 3 days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), luckily it was down on the weekend and according to the attendant, my call only starts on Monday.
