★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior empresa não há, péssimo atendimento e sempre dá uma desculpa para solucionar problemas, e atendimento ao cliente muito fraco, não existe ninguém de plantão então se vc ficar sem o sinal da internet vc esta morto pois só volta no horário comercial isso é uma piada.
 There is no worse company, terrible service and always gives an excuse to solve problems, and very weak customer service, there is no one on call so if you run out of internet signal you are dead because you only come back during business hours this is a joke .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet nao chega oque promete. Não tem ninguém de plantão aos fins de semana. Demora a retornar pro cleinte qualquer solicitação. E não se importam em dar satisfação, quando te deixam dias sem internet.
Internet does not arrive what it promises. There is no one on duty at weekends. It takes time to return any request. And they do not mind giving satisfaction, when they leave you days without internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, solicitei a instalação e foi marcado para sábado dia 18/04/2020 Na parte da manhã, o técnico veio sexta feira dia 17/04 as 18h.
Não pode instalar pelo horário é só voltou no sábado a tarde. A internet funcionou mal por 2 dias, estou sem sinal desde o feriado dia 21/04, só consegui falar no dia 22, marcaram de vir concertar no mesmo dia e até hoje 23, não vieram e não deram satisfação. Uma falta total de profissionalismo. Não recomendo!!!

You can not install by the time it is only returned on Saturday afternoon. The internet worked badly for 2 days, I have no signal since the holiday on 21/04, I was only able to speak on the 22nd, they scheduled to come to concert on the same day and until today 23, they did not come and did not give satisfaction. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a quase dois anos sem reclamação alguma. Apenas o técnico que veio fazer a instalação em janeiro de 2020 não tinha muita estrutura e ferramentas. Porém a qualidade do sinal é muito boa.
I have been a customer for almost two years without any complaints. Only the technician who came to do the installation in January 2020 did not have much structure and tools. However the signal quality is very good.
