The staff are very attentive, it's a totally familiar environment that makes you want to be together and train all the time. The workouts are heavy and with follow-up, much easier to reach the goal.

Great!!! I've never been a fan of the gym and Rose completely changed my vision. There at the Studio I have a personalized, super professional service, with few students, good equipment and a cozy atmosphere. In addition, they accept gympass. Note a thousand!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for everything Rose and everyone!

The studio is well equipped and has the essentials for focused training. Professionals are super serious and set up their activities according to your goal. And with them, you can always do more! I highly recommend Professor Rose and Professor Paulo. The atmosphere is relaxed and super family. The students are frequent and long-time visitors, which brings super credibility to the establishment.

Training by appointment and individual service, with personalized training. I've never liked bodybuilding, but I've been training in this place for almost 6 years, in addition to the incredible results, the environment is wonderful, I feel like part of the family! I highly recommend it!
