★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento a anos o UBS Ama Integrada Jardim Brasil... E tenho total respeito e admiração por aqueles funcionários e integrantes da área da Saúde em Geral... Porém noto com frequência que somos tratados com indiferença e descaso por muitas vezes, no local presencial ou por contato telefônico, esse tipo de tratamento não são de todos. E de verdade, se você não gosta do que faz, não gosta de trabalhar com publico (pessoas), de espaço para quem queira trabalhar e tenha respeito ao próximo. Trabalhar com a Saúde tem que ser por Amor, e não somente por necessidade.
Na data de ontem 30/09/21, ligaram em minha residência, e deixaram um recado com a minha mãe, que meu filho tem uma consulta ou exame na segunda-feira, 04/10/21, minha mãe não consegue mais gravar recados na memória, está Senil. Eu, para não perder dia de trabalho ou chegar mais tarde, liguei na Regulação Tel:3475-8873 e pedi a gentileza, da moça verificar se alguém tinha ligado para avisar referente a 2 exames que estou aguardando para meu filho, se tinha sido de lá, expliquei toda a situação, e ela me disse que se ligaram, é por que saiu, e que eu tenho que ir a Unidade, com o cartão do Sus e pedido médico, para fazer a verificação para onde ele foi encaminhado. Total descaso.
O que custava, fazer a verificação se foi de lá que ligaram e me confirmar, para eu tomar as devidas providências e ir ao local com a solicitação do exame e cartão do sus.
Ainda quando eu fui agradecer pela atenção dela, desligou o telefone, sem ao menos eu ter encerrado, pois ia solicitar o nome dela e nem deu tempo.
Tem funcionários dessa unidade que acham, que somos desocupados e que não temos responsabilidades, infelizmente, não funciona assim.
Não são todos que nos tratam com indiferença, mas sugiro que os lideres de cada setor, fique atento aos seus funcionários e tipo de atendimento que estão dando ao público no geral.
Se você é amigo de qualquer um lá, você consegue tudo, mais se você é um cliente (paciente comum), é tratado com descaso.
Aqui, fica registrado minha indignação!

 I have been attending the UBS Ama Integrada Jardim Brasil for years... And I have total respect and admiration for those employees and members of the Health area in General... However, I often notice that we are treated with indifference and neglect many times, in the presence place or by telephone contact, this type of treatment is not for everyone. And really, if you don't like what you do, you don't like working with the public (people), space for those who want to work and respect others. Working with Health has to be out of Love, and not just out of necessity.
Yesterday, 09/30/21, they called my home, and left a message with my mother, that my son has an appointment or exam on Monday, 10/04/21, my mother is no longer able to record messages in memory is Senile. So as not to miss a day's work or arrive later, I called Regulation Tel: 3475-8873 and asked the lady to be kind enough to check if anyone had called to notify me regarding 2 exams that I'm waiting for my son, if it had been there, I explained the whole situation, and she told me that they called, that's why she left, and that I have to go to the Unit, with the Sus card and a medical request, to verify where he was referred. Total disregard.
What would it cost, to check if it was from there that they called and confirm me, so that I could take the necessary steps and go to the place with the request for the exam and the SUS card.
Even when I went to thank her for her attention, she hung up the phone, without even me having closed it, as she was going to ask for her name and there was no time.
There are employees of this unit who think that we are unoccupied and that we have no responsibilities, unfortunately, it doesn't work that way.
Not everyone treats us with indifference, but I suggest that the leaders of each sector, pay attention to their employees and the type of service they are giving to the general public.
If you're friends with anyone there, you get everything, but if you're a client (ordinary patient), you're treated with contempt.
Here, my indignation is registered!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei minhas filhas com o pediatra Doutor Delfino, pediatra maravilhoso, só tenho elogios para ele. Super atencioso e firme.
A melhor coisa foi ter marcado com ele pois antes passavam com a pediatra Cecília, médica mal educada e uma vez se recusou de examinar minha filha porque ela estava chorando e não quis deitar na maca. Minha filha estava com umas cascas no couro cabeludo e ela mandou eu passar pente fino. Sai da sala indignada, e pedi que remarcasse com outro pediatra e foi aí que ela passou com o Delfino que disse que as cascas na cabeça da minha filha era fungos e também descobriu que ela tinha rinite, ele pediu exames e fez tudo certinho.
A ginecologista doutora Regiane também, é ótima, super amável e educada, gostei muito dela!

E fala está dor de cabeça sai com atestado de 14 dias para ir para praia .
Fui lá reclama porque o rapaz que fez está jogando bola no outro dia. E rindo da empresa e do estado de São Paulo
E os funcionários do local atende muito ruim
E parece que tem rei na barriga
Por isso sou a favor de privatizar

A primeira vez passou medição pro meu filho sem nem se quer me falar o que ele tinha, também não aceitei medica-lo por falta de comunicação. A segunda vez, levei meu filho lá porque estava com o peito cheio, ela me passa rinosoro e fala que ele não tem nada, não pediu nem se quer um raio-x. Ela deve tá achando que estamos ali para pedir favor e que não temos nada para fazer da vida. Mulherzinha que não sabe exercer a profissão, tá ali por dinheiro. ??
