★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi feito atendimento, no dia 20/04/22, e ficaram de encaminhar Assistente Social para fazer cadastro, na residência, pois não atendem mais no Posto da Av. Ceci, e não compareceram, hj estou ligando nos dois números que contas lá e ninguém atende, Lamentável
Service was provided on 04/20/22, and they had to send a Social Worker to register at the residence, as they no longer work at the Post on Av. Ceci, and they didn't show up, today I'm calling the two numbers that count there and no one answers, Sorry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se conseguisse falar pelo telefone seria ótimo, já liguei 10 vezes seguidas, só chama. Porque dar viagem perdida não dá, vc chegar lá e a agenda do médico não estiver aberta ainda.
If I could talk on the phone it would be great, I've called 10 times in a row, just call. Because you can't give a missed trip, you get there and the doctor's schedule isn't open yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui nessa AMA/UBS tomar todas as minhas doses de vacina para o covid. A primeira dose que foi da Astrazeneca me deu alergia de pele que me trouxe grandes transtornos. Para poder tomar a dose da Pfizer foi uma luta pois tive que levar atestado e fazer parte do PIN (Programa de Imunização Nacional) e isso já atrasou a minha Imunização para a segunda dose. Bom, tive omicron em fevereiro e a minha terceira dose atrasou demais para eu conseguir tomar. Fui no dia 20/04 para tomar a terceira dose da vacina. Avisei a eles para olharem o meu prontuário e verem que eu tinha tido o problema com a primeira dose. Eles insistiram em me dar a Janssen. Insinuando que eu era fresca.Tomei. Agora me encontro desenvolvendo uma alergia pior do que a primeira. Note: o Princípio ativo da Janssen e Astrazeneca são os mesmos. Vou anexar a foto do meu rosto no dia de hoje.
Agora pergunto. De quem é a responsabilidade????? Cadê o PIN?????? Cadê a responsabilidade do secretário da saúde do Estado???? A questão não é só a pele. Pois há outros sintomas. Quem se responsabiliza sendo que pedi aos funcionários a verificação disso????? E o pior: sei que a irresponsabilidade não é só comigo mas para com todo o povo que depende do SUS e não tem voz.
I went to this AMA/UBS to take all my doses of vaccine for covid. The first dose of Astrazeneca gave me a skin allergy that caused me great inconvenience. To be able to take the Pfizer dose was a struggle because I had to take a certificate and be part of the PIN (National Immunization Program) and that already delayed my Immunization for the second dose. Well, I had omicron in February and my third dose was too late for me to take it. I went on 04/20 to take the third dose of the vaccine. I told them to look at my chart and see that I had the problem with the first dose. They insisted on giving me Janssen. Insinuating that I was fresh. I took it. Now I find myself developing an allergy worse than the first one. Note: Janssen and Astrazeneca active ingredient are the same. I will attach a photo of my face today.
Now I ask. Who is responsible????? Where's the PIN?????? Where is the responsibility of the Secretary of State for Health???? The issue is not just the skin. Well, there are other symptoms. Who is responsible if I asked the employees to verify this????? And the worst: I know that irresponsibility is not just with me but with all the people who depend on SUS and have no voice.

Super organizados .Numa porta é feito o atendimento de posto de saúde. E em outra porta a vacinação para Covid e gripe.
Funcionários muito atenciosos e carinhosos com todos, e em especial com idosos e crianças . No dia que fui tomar o reforço... a " carteirinha " foi preenchida em minutos, e tomei a vacina logo em seguida. A enfermeira está de parabéns que mão delicada....nem senti a agulha. Gostei muito. Parabéns a todos Funcionários (a) da saúde!!!
Excellent service. I took the 2a and booster there.
Super organized. At one door, health care is provided. And on another door the vaccination for Covid and flu.
Staff very attentive and affectionate with everyone, and especially with the elderly and children. The day I went to take the booster... the "card" was filled out in minutes, and I took the vaccine right away. The nurse is to be congratulated, what a delicate hand...I didn't even feel the needle. Really enjoyed. Congratulations to all Health Employees!!!
