★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Desencontro total de informações da central de atendimento com os procedimentos nessa unidade. Fiquei 40 minutos na fila. Perguntei na entrada se aceitavam as amostras para exame e me disseram que sim assim como ja havia sido informado pela central. Ao chegar minha vez a supervisora muito apática nem deixou eu explicar os fatos e não fui atendido!
Terrible attendance. Total mismatch of information from the call center with the procedures in this unit. I was in line for 40 minutes. I asked at the entrance if they would accept the samples for examination and they said yes, as I had already been informed by the central. When my turn came, the very apathetic supervisor didn't even let me explain the facts and I was not assisted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem coisas boas e muito ruins quando eles não conseguem resolver o fluxo. Sistema com lentidão e poucos funcionários, passam do horario ideal de coleta.Demorado demais durante a semana. O positivo é que funcionam de final de semana que tem menos gente. Funcionarios tentam se organizar. Mas se tiver outra possibilidade de laboratório melhor do que esse estresse durante a semana.
There are good things and very bad things when they can't resolve the flow. Slow system and few employees, they go beyond the ideal collection time. Too slow during the week. The positive thing is that they work on weekends when there are fewer people. Employees try to organize. But if you have another lab possibility better than this weekday stress.
