★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me ligaram um dia antes antecipando minha consulta, e que eu seria o primeiro a ser atendido pelo Dr. Cheguei com 15 minutos de antecedência e estou a mais de 1h30 aguardando, já foram 5 pessoas atendidas e a recepcionista me avisou que eles chegaram antes, ou seja não marquem horário é por ordem de chegada. Obs. Médicos atenciosos.
 They called me a day before, anticipating my appointment, and that I would be the first to be seen by the Dr. I arrived 15 minutes in advance and I have been waiting for more than 1h30, 5 people have already been seen and the receptionist told me they arrived earlier, in other words, do not make an appointment, it is on a first-come, first-served basis. Obs. Attentive doctors.

Péssimo atendimento de agendamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei em consulta hoje 01/12/2021 e fiquei surpresa com o atendimento. Local grande e arejado. Atendimento rápido, fizeram até eletrocardiograma na consulta. O médico que nos atendeu Dr. Eduardo foi muito atencioso. E até meu pai que tem aversão a médico saiu da clínica todo feliz. Parece aqueles médicos de família que existia antigamente. Ganharam uma paciente fiel. Parabéns equipe Cardiocity
I went to consultation today 12/01/2021 and I was surprised with the service. Large and airy place. Quick care, they even had an electrocardiogram during the consultation. The doctor who attended us Dr. Eduardo was very attentive. And even my father, who has aversion to a doctor, left the clinic all happy. It looks like those family doctors that once existed. They gained a faithful patient. Congratulations Cardiocity team

A ficha da minha mae nem la no consultorio estava, é uma bagunça. Nao merece nenhuma estrela.

Pontos negativos:Não aceita cartao e não utilizam whatsaap
Me entregaram um exame de outra pessoa, marcaram exame e medico foi embora, apenas um médico da clínica aceita Unimed
Não aceitam cartão, não utilizam WhatsApp para atendimento
Positives: Excellent Doctor (Dr Marcos), super attentive, explanatory and thorough..
Negative points: They don't accept cards and they don't use whatsaap
I was given an exam by someone else, they scheduled an exam and the doctor left, only one doctor from the clinic accepts Unimed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem tinha uma consulta médica marcada em Fevereiro para levar exames.inicio às 14hs fui embora às 15:10hs e o médico não havia chegado ,fui na recepção fui informado que estava atrasado óbvio cancelei a consulta e o respeito com pacientes pelo menos uma satisfação.
Yesterday I had a medical appointment scheduled in February to take the exams. I started at 14:10 I left at 15:10 and the doctor had not arrived, I went to the reception and was informed that I was late, obviously I canceled the appointment and respect for patients was at least a satisfaction.
