★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de vender resolvem na hora , mas o pós venda e garantia são horríveis um bagageiro comprado novo e descascando com menos de 40 dias e simplesmente queriam retocar e não efetuaram a troca E okha que custa 30 reais...não recomendo!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento e bastante variedade de bike e peças, a única coisa q me chateou foi que a espuma do guidão veio rasgada e eu não vi na hora , o paralama tb tava um pouco amassado, estava cm pressa na hora e não conferi. O resto foi tudo ótimo , minha filha está apaixonada pela bike.

Pra mim é como minha segunda casa, tenho total confiança, chego sem pressa, deixo minha bike e no dia programado está tudo como combinado! E até mesmo se acontece algum imprevisto eles estão sempre dispostos, não tenho o que reclamar da loja! Até num momento tão caótico como essa pandemia e eles estão funcionando! Política de troca ótima! ??? Parabéns ao Claudio e toda sua equipe de funcionários!

Agora a loja está climatizada, o que dá um conforto maior para os clientes.
Super recomendo e indico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam dessa loja!!!! Levei uma bicicleta praiana para ajustar a marcha. Ela entrava na oficina e saia como se estivesse sido reparada. Fui muito enganado, cada mecânico te fala uma coisa em dias diferentes. Se a bicicleta entrou ruim, que a consertem!!! Péssimo atendimento, mecânicos com má vontade, te afrontam quando questionamos algo. Fazem um péssimo serviço e não podemos reclamar pois ficam de tromba!!! AMAZONAS BIKE NUNCA MAIS!!!!
Run away from this store!!!! I took a beach bike to adjust the gear. She walked into the shop and came out as if she had been repaired. I was very wrong, each mechanic tells you something on different days. If the bike came in bad, fix it!!! Bad service, mechanics with bad will, they affront you when we question something. They do a lousy service and we can't complain because they have a trunk!!! AMAZONAS BIKE NEVER AGAIN!!!!
