Atendimento por parte da dona e do mecĂąnico Ă© de pedir pra ir embora. Serviços mais bĂĄsicos custam caro e nĂŁo seguem uma tabela (aprece atĂ© que a dona modula o preço de acordo com a sua urgĂȘncia). MecĂąnico amador mtas vezes n resolve o problema, te encaminhando pra uma solução mais cara: - Cheguei com um pedal que soltou por ter espanado a rosca e sem dar MTA atenção o mecĂąnico vera a possibilidade de conserto dizendo que teria que comprar outro pedivela(bike nova com 1 mĂȘs de uso). Custo R$60,00~130 Saio e retorno depois, buscando o atendimento do outro rapaz que atende lĂĄ...filho da dona. Esse usa o meu prĂłprio pedal pra 'refazer' a rosca no pedivela, um procedimento simples e padrĂŁo a ser feito nesse caso antes que se descarte completamente o pedal. Custo R$ 10,00. - Chego com uma bicicleta nova, com uma corrente que rompeu e uma praticamente nova remanescente; queria consertar a corrente rompida com Powerlink. Sendo o custo mto alto, decidi sĂł instalar a corrente 'nova'(ela tinha pouco uso e estava instalado na bike anteriormente). SĂł pra instalar a corrente a dona quis me cobrar mais de 30 reais, alegando que isso demandaria regulagem de marchas. Expliquei que n seria necessĂĄrio pois a bicicleta jĂĄ estava ajustada pra aquela corrente..e depois de algum debate consegui que fizessem somente a instalação da mesma por R$20,00. Instalação feita com amadorismo sem igual; o mecĂąnico forçava o cĂąmbio traseiro(que tem um sistema de fĂĄbrica pra n sacudir demais a corrente) quase quebrando o mesmo...tive que orientar ele a destravar o mesmo e na hora de conectar a corrente parecia atĂ© que tava fazendo errado de sacanagem, pra fazer valer a grana cobrada que eu questionei. Era pra ser um serviço de 2 minutos literalmente. Isso fora outros relatos de amigos desavisados que foram arrumar suas bicicletas por lĂĄ, mais alguns destratos com cliente que vi com meus prĂłprios olhos.

I explained that it would not be necessary because the bike was already adjusted to that chain... and after some debate I managed to get them to install it for R$20.00. Installation done with unparalleled amateurism; the mechanic forced the rear derailleur (which has a factory system to shake the chain too much) almost breaking it... I had to guide him to unlock it and when connecting the chain it seemed like it was doing the wrong thing. , to make the money collected that I questioned count. It was supposed to be a 2 minute service literally. That was other reports from unsuspecting friends who went there to fix their bikes, plus some mistreatment with a customer that I saw with my own eyes.

Levei minha bicicleta para montar e regular me cobraram 100,00, na segunda vez que andei notei que estava toda desregulada e mal montada. Liguei falando que não tinha ficado bom e quem atendeu foi super impaciente e disse que eles só davam uma semana de garantia. E em relação a essa sua resposta eu nao esperei dois meses para reclamar não, estou postando aqui dois meses depois, mas eu liguei aí assim que vi os vårios defeitos .... E a pessoa que me atendeu muito grosseiro por sinal, disse que a garantia era de apenas uma semana. Vou listar aqui os defeitos que vieram O banco veio torto A roda traseira solta A marcha desregulada Os cabos soltos machucando a perna na hora de pedalar. Se quiser posso mandar as fotos dos defeitos por aqui.

Loja de Bicicletas, conserto e venda. Excelente atendimento e a proprietåria sempre procurando resolver da melhor maneira possível para que o ciclista saia de lå satisfeito e com a sua bike funcionando bem. Parabéns. Super recomendo.

Apesar do relatos negativos, venha atravĂ©s desta deixar minha impressĂŁo (muito positiva, por sinal). A proprietĂĄria que Ă© a Vera, Ă© sempre muito flexĂ­vel nos preços, e tem boa vontade em atender as demandas dos seus clientes. Mesmo que eles nĂŁo tenham a peça no momento, ela faz questĂŁo de ligar para os fornecedores e correr atrĂĄs o quanto antes! O mecĂąnico "Arthur" Ă© um show Ă  parte, demonstra conhecimento no que faz e tem experiĂȘncias em SpeedÂŽs de valor mais alto, por exemplo (oriundo de outras lojas de renome, que ele jĂĄ trabalhou). Moro na Lapa, mas devido as caracterĂ­sticas muito especĂ­ficas da minha bike, fiz minhas ultimas revisĂ”es em oficinas especializadas. PorĂ©m, estou disposto Ă  fazer uma revisĂŁo completa com eles, diante da boa impressĂŁo que venho tendo atĂ© o momento. Recomendo, tanto para bikes mais baratas, como para bikes mais caras... existe um interesse e esforço real da equipe, em atender o cliente da melhor forma possĂ­vel.

Vou deixar aqui a experiĂȘncia que tive sobre o atendimento e o conserto da minha bike. Fui cliente por um bom tempo da loja mas cansei de ser paciente com eles. A dona da loja nĂŁo aceita reclamaçÔes e sempre tenta enganar vocĂȘ dizendo que aquele problema na bike Ă© assim mesmo. O objetivo da loja Ă© fazer vocĂȘ gastar dinheiro e nĂŁo resolver seu problema. Sem contar que o mecĂąnico faz o serviço com mau vontade para nĂŁo resolver seu problema e vocĂȘ ter que voltar lĂĄ mais vezes. Na hora de vender os produtos Ă© tudo lindo e maravilhoso! Mas quando vocĂȘ compra e o problema nĂŁo Ă© resolvido, eles começam a inventar que o problema Ă© em outra peça mas nĂŁo resolvem nada. Perdeu um cliente e nunca mais volto lĂĄ e nem recomendo para ninguĂ©m.
I'll leave here the experience I had about the service and repair of my bike. I was a customer for a long time at the store but I got tired of being patient with them. The store owner doesn't accept complaints and always tries to trick you by saying that that bike problem is just like that. The store's goal is to make you spend money, not solve your problem. Not to mention that the mechanic does the service reluctantly so as not to solve your problem and you have to go back there more often. When it comes to selling the products, everything is beautiful and wonderful! But when you buy and the problem is not solved, they start to invent that the problem is in another part but they don't solve anything. Lost a customer and I'm never going back there and I don't recommend it to anyone.
