★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nas vezes que passei nesta unidade fui muito bem atendido, pela Dra. Adriana Ramos nutricionista,pela Dra. Irvany Bedaque psicóloga e pelo Dr.Mohamed cirurgião gastro. Todos muito educados e atenciosos. Até o momento presente não tenho nada a reclamar .
When I visited this unit, I was very well attended by Dr. Adriana Ramos, a nutritionist, Dr. Irvany Bedaque, a psychologist and Dr. Mohammed gastro surgeon. Everyone was very polite and attentive. So far I have nothing to complain about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vou dar 2 estrelas pela,médica que me atendeu e a recepcionista que foi super atenciosa, de resto Deus me livre,pessoas despreparada enfermeiros arrogantes, hospital sujo o banheiro nem se fale fede tanto a urina que dá vontade de vomitar,sem dizer a demora, vai medicar o cara da farmácia some,quando aparece os enfermeiros vivem no celular ficam só batendo perna,cheguei escutar a enfermeira responsável falar pro enfermeiro para de chamar gente pra medicar,,,,,como assim as cadeiras lá dentro tudo vazias e ela fala isso fala sério Ameplan vamos melhorar essa dinâmica afinal vc estão lidando com vidas,deixo aqui minha indignação com o ps do hospital ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minhas duas filhas pra passar no médico mas sem condições a mulher da triagem estava perdida nem sabia o que estava fazendo toda atrapalhada parece que nem estudou pra atender as pessoas atendimento péssimo não sabe nem medir a febre da minha filha tivemos que ir embora sem atendimento porque fiquei com receio vai que ela desse um medicamento errado colocando a vida das minhas filhas cheguei oito e quarenta e sai a meia noite do dia dois de dezembro muito indignado com essa instituição que diz que é um hospital não tem cabimento olha os postos largados as moscas isso é a mais pura verdade . Médicos recém formados sem diagnósticos precisos por isso que temos casos de erros médicos e eles acabam escondendo dos jornais e escândalos por isso denunciar seria a forma mais sensata
Preferível levar em um hospital público porque lá oferece todos os exames perfeitamente corretos estou muito decepcionado com a falta de respeito com as pessoas que pagam esse tipo de convênio que não se preocupam com as pessoas ou até mesmo a doença das pessoas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! E não é pela quantidade de gente para atendimento não (e tem muita). Péssimo, por deixar o paciente largado, sem respaldo, enfermeiros sem fazer oque o médico indicou. Estou a mais de 24h (sem brincadeira) aqui e nada de resolver. O medico passou as 8h indicando oque fazer ja são 13h, ja perguntei 4x um respaldo e ninguém sabe de nada. Se tiver doente se prepare para ir nesse local e ficar mais doente ainda.
Terrible! And it's not because of the number of people to attend (and there are many). Terrible, for leaving the patient unattended, without support, nurses without doing what the doctor indicated. I've been here for over 24 hours (no kidding) and nothing has been resolved. The doctor spent 8:00 a.m. indicating what to do. It's already 1:00 p.m., I've asked 4 times for support and nobody knows anything. If you are sick, prepare to go there and get sicker.
