★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total descaso com os idosos, meu pai tinha um tratamento para glaucoma dia 01/12, levou o papel foi a e simplesmente rasgaram o papel e disseram que vai marcar outro dia e não tem previsão, fora que liguei no telefone e atendente Andresa super mal educada, serviço de saúde de Mauá um lixo, total falta de respeito
Total disregard for the elderly, my father had a treatment for glaucoma on 12/01, he took the paper and they simply tore the paper and said they will schedule another day and there is no forecast, besides that I called the phone and the attendant Andresa is super rude , Mauá's health service is rubbish, total lack of respect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje 15/03/2022, fui ao AME Mauá realizar um exame de endoscopia.
Foi horrível, não esperaram ficar sedada, tive ânsia, me debati porque não conseguia respirar, senti a realização do exame do começo ao fim, sem contar com uma dor de cabeça terrível que fiquei.
Me senti numa linha de produção, onde os funcionários tinham meta a cumprir.
Já fiz EDA em outras unidades e foi super tranquilo.
Sem querer generalizar, já fui atendida em outras áreas e foi tudo bem.
Mas no AME Mauá pra realização de EDa, é a primeira e última vez.
Sobre esse procedimento realizado, INDIGNADA..
Se alguém passou por isso neste dia ou em outro dia qualquer, não se cale, manifeste-se.
Today 03/15/2022, I went to AME Mauá to perform an endoscopy exam.
It was horrible, they didn't wait to be sedated, I felt anxious, I struggled because I couldn't breathe, I felt the exam from beginning to end, not to mention a terrible headache that I got.
I felt like I was on a production line, where employees had a goal to fulfill.
I've done EDA in other units and it was super easy.
Without wishing to generalize, I have already been assisted in other areas and everything went well.
But at AME Mauá for the realization of EDa, it's the first and last time.
About this procedure carried out, INDIGNADA..
If anyone went through this on this day or any other day, don't shut up, speak up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com idosos, marcam consulta para oftalmologista, pedem para chegar uma hora antes e atendem duas horas depois. Muita gente é apenas um médico para atender. Os idosos e acompanhantes ficam horas aguardando, sem poder se alimentar ou sair do espaço para não perderem a consulta q sabe se lá quando irão chamar.
Lack of respect for the elderly, they make an appointment with an ophthalmologist, ask to arrive an hour earlier and see them two hours later. A lot of people are just a doctor to attend. The elderly and companions wait for hours, without being able to eat or leave the space so they don't miss the appointment that knows when they will call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe esteve para uma consulta no Oftalmologista em 18/01/2022 e por estar com conjuntivite negaram o atendimento e disseram que iriam encaixar ela em outro atendimento.
Até hoje, 13/05/2022 não consigo atendimento e ligo insistentemente para o setor de Assistencia Social e o atendente atende a ligação e desliga.
As atendentes do Call Center disseram que são proibidas de transferir ligações para este setor.
O que preciso fazer para minha mãe voltar a ser atendida?
My mother went for an appointment at the Ophthalmologist on 01/18/2022 and because she had conjunctivitis they denied the service and said they would fit her in another service.
Until today, 05/13/2022 I can't get an answer and I keep calling the Social Assistance sector and the attendant answers the call and hangs up.
Call Center attendants said they are prohibited from transferring calls to this sector.
What do I need to do for my mother to be treated again?
