★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na unidade de Mauá tem uma mulher demasiadamente mal educada que estraga qualquer refeição.É uma senhora negra,(não menciono como forma pejorativa pois cor de pele não define caráter,habilidades nem competências ) mal humorada,que sempre se posiciona com um mal trato.
Apesar da boa comida,é muito desagradável comer num lugar onde você é mal recebido ou desrespeitado.
O restaurante já teve redução de clientes e se tal senhora permanecer por lá, logo encerrará as atividades da unidade.
 At the Mauá unit there is an overly polite woman who spoils any meal. She is a black lady, (I do not mention it as a pejorative form because skin color does not define character, skills or competences), sulky, who always positions herself with mistreatment.
Despite good food, it is very unpleasant to eat in a place where you are unwelcome or disrespected.
The restaurant has already had a reduction in customers and if such a lady remains there, the unit's activities will soon cease.

Depois de muito questionar que não haviam me explicado desta forma antes de nós pegarmos a comida eles aceitaram pesar o prato de comida do meu filho ficando um valor total de R$10,00. Roubo legalizado neste lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida sem sabor e fria no selfie service, não colocam nomes, vc tem q levar uma bola de cristal pra saber o q vai comer, pratos pequenos, não cabe quase nada, enfim, não recomendo ???
Unflavored and cold food in the selfie service, no names are given, you have to take a crystal ball to know what you're going to eat, small plates, almost nothing fits, anyway, I don't recommend it ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vamos lá... comida fria , e muitoo mais muito salgada , feijão com gosto de passado, e sem falar na postura dos funcionários, nenhum veio até a mesa me oferecer algo de beber ,ou se quer me recepcinou com "boa tarde , seja bem vindo " ... lamentável pagar pra comer uma comida ruim ... e ainda ser mal recepcinado.
