Terrible attendance!!! I went to place my order, the attendant said I couldn't do it because I didn't have change, but the manager shouted that he wasn't going to give the change because they'd run out of change for the next day! no empathy, very upset

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maquina de refil sem gelo, o resto estava perfeito. O funcionário nos deu gelo. Batata frita ótimo tempero, molho de pimenta agridoce perfeito, frango maravilhoso.
No ice refill machine, the rest was perfect. The clerk gave us ice. Great seasoning fries, perfect sweet and sour chili sauce, wonderful chicken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido errado e não me deram opção nem de cancelamento, maquina de refrigerante so tinha 2 opções e não tinha gelo, tinhamos que pegar num copinho num recipiente ao lado e o atendimento é pessimo. Perderam 1 cliente e todos os outros que poderei avisar para nao ir.
I made a wrong order and they didn't even give me an option to cancel it, the soda machine only had 2 options and there was no ice, we had to get a glass from a container beside it and the service is terrible. They lost 1 customer and all the others that I can tell not to go.

A nota presa a embalagem tinha a descrição dos pedidos, mas colocaram outros totalmente diferentes .
Total falta de preparo e atenção.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi feito pedido pelo ifood, onde me senti desrespeitada pelo motoboy, onde o mesmo aceitou o pedido de entrega e o mesmo não foi feito, me deixando mais de 1h00 esperando por sua chegada e acompanhando por GPS, onde o mesmo cancelou e não deu nenhuma satisfação.
Conclusão, perdi meu horário de almoço, não obtive retorno de vocês pelo aplicativo.
Desrespeito total com cliente.
Order was made by ifood, where I felt disrespected by motoboy, where he accepted the delivery order and it was not done, leaving me more than 1h00 waiting for his arrival and following by GPS, where he canceled and didn't give any satisfaction.
Conclusion, I missed my lunch break, I didn't get a response from you through the app.
Total disrespect for the customer.
