★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, even for executive class. I've listen a Brazilian flight attendant mentioning that executive class clients are like babies and frequently misbehaving. 'The first class are distinct' as she mentioned...Really? We've paid more to have more comfort and they see their clients as spoiled child?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable lounge area, generally, for sitting around. It helps one to relax a little between harsh air travel. But food was no good. It lacked flavors. Specifically, the pain de quexo was so dry I was unable to sink my teeth into it. The salami bocadilho smelled and tasted funny.
Now, the beverage selections were ok.
There should be a designated "quiet zone." There were various folks talking so loudly on their cell phones connected to headphones, that everyone in the space heard their conversations. Not only is it no good for their own business' privacy, but also, it totally annoys the h$%# out of the other 50 or so travelers around, who really should not have to hear their conversation in such detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No international electricity plugs?!?!?! Why not??? It's international terminal and they have only Brazilian plug or usb. I fly with two laptops and two cellphones, forgot my convertor at home, so now I have to charge one by one? Would be nice to add North American plug!
Otherwise yes, very nice lounge, good food nice selection, nice showers etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The GRU Admiral Lounge is probably my very favorite lounge in the all AA network.
All the staff here is really great. Friendly and always beyond what you expect. I just don't have enough words to describe their caring for their passengers. Always a pleasure to stop by!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upgraded Lounge since last time here in 2015 where mosquitoes were prevalent, this is a much more modernized remodeled lounge. Food is not as abundant as LAX but it has some local snacks such as pão de queijo and pudim de leite. Overall a nice ambiance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, clean, good selection of food and the most under utilized benefit are the showers. Make sure to take the internation connection bridge from terminal 2 to terminal 3 without exiting security to enjoy the lounge as they open at 1 PM for departing flights. Note: you cannot use the lounge on arriving flights without an internation connection, as you cannot enter that area of the airport without a departing international flight.
