★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você quiser perder seu voo, basta deixar para fazer o teste no aeroporto. Fiquei 3 horas em uma fila apenas para realizar o exame e mais 2 para aguardar o resultado. Não deixe para a última hora.
If you want to miss your flight, just leave to take the test at the airport. I stayed 3 hours in a row just to take the exam and 2 more to wait for the result. Do not leave to the last minute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vim ao Brasil às pressas, e hoje vim fazer o teste pra voltar pra casa (EUA) atendimento no Albert Einstein e espetacular. As duas estrelas são pra eles. Os atendentes lá da frente muito prestativos, educadíssimos, me senti bem cuidada. Resultado rápido, valeu o preço que paguei. Até que precisei ligar pra ouvidoria, pois não estava conseguindo acessar o resultado - e o atendente Diego foi incrivelmente rude e grosseiro comigo. Não me permitindo falar, pra explicar pra ele o que estava acontecendo. Ele falava por cima de mim e sempre a mesma coisa, me dando as mesmas direções, mesmo eu dizendo pra ele que eu estava fazendo exatamente aquilo que ele me orientou, e não estava dando certo. Ele foi muito, mas muito mal educado, minha mãe até perdeu um pouco da paciência com ele no telefone, e ele foi ainda mais cínico. Fiquei pasma, pois paguei um valor altíssimo pra ter essa praticidade, e fui mal tratada. Mas no geral, os outros atendentes estão DE PARABÉNS. Muito bem treinados! Obrigada por ter me ajudado. Ao Diego, meu caro, faça um curso pra aprender lidar com o público, sem se alterar, aprenda a escutar o consumidor e tente ir sempre além, pra que seu feedback seja sempre positivo! Eu também trabalho pro governo, e sei que as vezes é difícil, mas nunca devemos perder o profissionalismo! Uma diquinha pra você!
I came to Brazil in a hurry, and today I came to take the test to go back home (USA) and the service at Albert Einstein is spectacular. The two stars are for them. The attendants at the front were very helpful, very polite, I felt well taken care of. Quick result, worth the price I paid. Until I had to call the ombudsman, because I wasn't able to access the result - and the attendant Diego was incredibly rude and rude to me. Not allowing me to speak, to explain to him what was going on. He talked over me and always the same thing, giving me the same directions, even though I told him I was doing exactly what he instructed me to do, and it wasn't working. He was very, very rude, my mother even lost her temper with him on the phone, and he was even more cynical. I was amazed, because I paid a very high price to have this practicality, and I was treated badly. But overall, the other attendants are CONGRATULATIONS. Very well trained! Thank you for helping me. To Diego, my dear, take a course to learn how to deal with the public, without changing, learn to listen to the consumer and always try to go above and beyond, so that your feedback is always positive! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, minha esposa fez com eles e foi demorado e mal atendida, subi no piso 2 e fiz no Einstein atendimento espetacular como sempre é resultado em apenas 1 hora, CR é tudo difícil e ainda falam que a nota fiscal pode demorar 10 dias, subam no Einstein!! 35 reais de diferença que valem a pena!!
Bad experience, my wife did it with them and it was slow and poorly attended, I went up to the 2nd floor and did spectacular service at Einstein as always is the result in just 1 hour, CR is all difficult and they still say that the invoice can take 10 days, get on the Einstein !! 35 reais difference that are worth it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horas de espera na fila, para quando fazer o teste mais horas pro resultado sair. Graças a Deus no hotel me indicaram um laboratorio que fazia o pcr onde eu estivesse. Voltei pro hotel entrei em contato com essa empresa e foram ao meu quarto depois de um hora, o teste saiu em pouco tempo e me enviaram via wpp. Não sei se posso, mas vou deixar o contato que eu solicitei esse teste onde eu estava (11) 99006-0258, talvez ajude alguém na mesma situação.
Isso salvou minha viagem para revisitar alguns amigos.
