★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é horrível e muito mal organizado. Não é avisado prazo d espera pra fazer a coleta.
Chegando no laboratório, nos deram uma senha e foi dito que a espera de atendimento era de até 2 horas. Passadas 3 horas foram atendidas 20 pessoas e não foi dada nenhuma explicação. Várias pessoas perderam seus vôos, mesmo chegando com várias horas de antecedência.
A resposta deles, quando reclamamos é que não podem fazer nada a respeito.
Além do preço alto.
Então, melhor tratar de fazer o exame num laboratório fora do aeroporto bem antes, porque aqui certamente você vai perder o vôo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive que refazer o meu exame no aeroporto de Guarulhos em São Paulo, pois meu exame do PCR estava expirado para viajar aos Estados Unidos, pois o Governo Americano requer 24 horas de ambos exames (RT-PCR ou Antígeno) para entrada no país e o meu estava 72 horas, ou seja, antes de viajar ao seu destino certifique-se do requerimento do seu País de entrada, não cometa o mesmo erro que eu.??
Vi que têm uns 3 laboratórios dentro do aeroporto de Guarulhos, mas escolhi esse (CR Diagnósticos) que era no piso inferior ao meu check-in da cia aérea American Airlines, muito perto, e o resultado do exame era literalmente em frente da entrada do embarque internacional e realmente não me arrependi!
Eles dispõe de várias salas para fazer os exames (contei quase umas 20 salas) e de vários guichês de pagamento, ou seja, tudo muito rápido e eficiente!
Eles pedem seu passaporte, seu número de celular e e-mail para mandar um SMS quando tiver pronto o resultado, optei por fazer o antígeno que era mais barato e mais rápido, cujo resultado saía em 1 hora e pasmem recebi o SMS em exatos 28 minutos após ter feito o teste, eu já estava na fila do resultado na frente do embarque e graças a Deus deu negativo!

I saw that they have about 3 laboratories inside the Guarulhos airport, but I chose this one (CR Diagnósticos) which was on the lower floor of my check-in at American Airlines, very close by, and the test result was literally in front of the entrance to the airport. international boarding and I really didn't regret it!
They have several rooms to take the exams (I counted almost 20 rooms) and several payment booths, that is, everything is very fast and efficient!
They ask for your passport, your mobile number and e-mail to send an SMS when you have the result, I chose to do the antigen which was cheaper and faster, whose result came out in 1 hour and amazingly I received the SMS in exactly 28 minutes after taking the test, I was already in line for the result in front of boarding and thank God it was negative!

This facility performs COVID-19 PCR tests with results within 4 hours. They have been leading the way for months.
LAX airport boasts PCR results “in the under 24 hours” if tested in terminal 2 or TBI.
If GRU can do it, why can’t Lax, Jfk, Ewr, etc?
How long will it take for US airports to
catch up with CR’s model?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need a quick and safe COVID-19 RT-PCR exam for traveling or any other purposes, this is the place. I arrived a few hours before my flight, I took the test and got my results in 3 hours. The employees are very friendly. The cost is the same as the famous laboratories in SP. The only difference is that it is very fast! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to avoid it if you can. You’ll wait a LONG time and get an overpriced service that can be done in any other lab.
The only pro is that the result is ready in 4 hours, but be prepared to wait at least one hour to get you sample taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutally inefficient in comparison to most testing sites. Had to wait for an hour before they realised they’d given my wife the wrong waiting ticket. But worst - took 20 minutes to pay and a further 15 to swab. Staff just walking about without doing any thing. Painful

The person who gave me the results lied to my face stating that my passport qas going to be blocked for the next 10 days, causing me -in an already very stressful scenario- even more stress. This person was not only lying but also very irresponsable and unkind, not providing any more information after that. The company does not have any right to disclose your personal health information, they just provide a testing service. One of the worst experiences of my life. Do not recommend this.
