★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As americanas tem muitas promoções eu gosto do lugar. Mas quando dá algum defeito no produto comprado dá um problemão pra trocar, e ainda tem vezes que eles nem trocam. Eu acho que eles têm que repensar nisso e melhorar. Por exemplo eu comprei um jogo testei e não funcionou, aí eu quero trocar eles falam que eles não trocam jogos, que a possibilidade de um jogo dar defeito é muito pequena, pode ser pequena, mas deu, e o jogo tem que tá lacrado tbm, como que testa o jogo sem abrir.
