★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outro dia, eu estava dentro da perfumaria, comprando alguns itens, e minha filha de 17 anos, que me acompanhava, passou mal. Pedi às funcionárias para que ela pudesse usar o banheiro. Ouvi que banheiro era só pra funcionários. Achei um absurdo! Devolvi os produtos e saí. Entrei na Lu Perfumaria e apenas pedi o banheiro pra menina. Ela foi prontamente acompanhada ao banheiro, foi oferecido água e até chá pra ela. Comprei o que precisava e muito mais... Às vezes, uma simples conduta humanitária cativa uma família inteira de clientes. Agora vou à Priscila APENAS se não houver outra saída ??♀️
The other day, I was inside the perfumery, buying some items, and my 17-year-old daughter, who was accompanying me, felt sick. I asked the employees so she could use the bathroom. I heard the bathroom was for employees only. I thought it was absurd! I returned the products and left. I went into Lu Perfumaria and just asked the girl for the bathroom. She was promptly escorted to the bathroom, offered water and even tea for her. I bought what I needed and more... Sometimes a simple humanitarian approach captivates an entire family of clients. Now I go to Priscila ONLY if there is no other way out ??♀️
