Se o site disponibiliza amostras é para que os clientes conheçam o produto. Compro O boticário a anos, e sinceramente, decepcionada. Péssimo.
Poor service, attendants think they are superior, I asked for a bag and they didn't want to give it to me, the box said it didn't have it, ok, just why was it a gift that I went to get? If the site makes samples available, it is for customers to know the product. I bought O apothecary for years, and honestly, disappointed. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja estava vazia, tinham 3 moças no atendimento, uma atendente me abordou e eu disse a ela que iria escolher um perfume. Ela simplesmente virou as costas e saiu, hora nenhuma se importou de me mostrar nada, então eu mesma fui borrifando os perfumes nas tirinhas pra verificar os cheiros. Quando precisei de ajuda pra tirar uma dúvida eu a chamei, ela veio, respondeu a minha pergunta e saiu... Com tanta falta de vontade de vender e ganhar a comissão dela, resolvi ir embora sem comprar nada. Amanhã vou passar na loja do Boticário em Alpinópolis, pois lá o atendimento é excelente...

Tomorrow I'll stop by the Boticário store in Alpinópolis, because the service there is excellent...
