★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na última sexta-feira dia 13/05/2021, minha mãe foi muito mal atendida nas lojas Americanas do Shopping Barra de Salvador da Bahia. Uma atendente do caixa com muita pressa no atendimento não entregou a minha mãe a mercadoria que ela comprou. Minha mãe, uma senhora idosa e que mora na regiao metropolitana de Salvador, com muito custo e demora, tentou entrar em contato com a loja. Depois de várias tentativas, ficou acordado que o gerente iria entrar em contato com ela depois de analisar as imagens da câmera de segurança. Contudo, até hoje minha mãe não teve qualquer retorno. Deixo aqui minha total indignação e refiro que tomaremos medidas judiciais caso asituação não seja solucionado com a maior brevidade.
Last Friday, 05/13/2021, my mother was very poorly served in the American stores of Shopping Barra in Salvador da Bahia. A cashier in a hurry to attend did not give my mother the goods she bought. My mother, an elderly woman who lives in the metropolitan region of Salvador, at a very high cost and delay, tried to contact the store. After several attempts, it was agreed that the manager would contact her after analyzing the images from the security camera. However, until today my mother has had no return. I leave here my total indignation and I say that we will take legal action if the situation is not resolved as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja ótima, preços bons, melhor opção para comprar lanches como chocolate né salgadinhos no shopping, sempre com algumas promoções legais a preços atrativos, porém, sempre tem filas nos caixas podendo ficar bastante tempo na espera para poder pagar, principalmente final de semana e feriados.
Great store, good prices, best option to buy snacks like chocolate or snacks at the mall, always with some cool promotions at attractive prices, however, there are always lines at the cashiers and you can wait a long time to be able to pay, especially on weekends and holidays .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço muito acima do normal em comparação as outras loja da rede, espaço extremamente quente,a frente de loja com espaço mínimo para se movimentar. A única coisa que vale a pena nessa loja São os caixas de autoatendimento.
Price much higher than normal compared to other stores in the chain, extremely hot space, the front of the store with minimal space to move around. The only worthwhile thing about this store is the self-service cashiers.
