★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja em si é boa, mas desorganizada. O atendimento em geral é satisfatório, porém as máquinas de consultar preço, nem sempre funcionam.
Estive lá hoje 29/09 e me surpreendi com a variedade de brinquedos novos, sem contar na coleção de brinquedos de massinha play-doh. Os preços estão acessíveis e o atendimento melhorou muito.
Ainda tivemos uma questão sobre um valor que passou diferente do que estava na etiqueta da prateleira, mas ao informar, logo foi feita a alteração e peguei o valor da etiqueta que era inferior ao que passou no caixa.
Os operadores de caixa são maravilhosos!
 The store itself is good, but disorganized. The service in general is satisfactory, but the price query machines do not always work.
I was there today 09/29 and I was surprised by the variety of new toys, not to mention the play-doh clay toy collection. Prices are affordable and service has improved a lot.
We still had a question about a value that passed differently from what was on the shelf label, but when informing, the change was soon made and I took the value of the label that was lower than what passed in the cashier.
Cashiers are wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes maravilhosos, as colaboradoras do caixa super gentis, simpáticas e disponíveis. Sem contar o colaborador Lucas do cartão que em poucos minutos resolveu meu problema de maneira plenamente satisfatório.
Parabéns à Equipe ... fora que é meu lugar preferido de comprar meus livros.
Wonderful attendants, super kind, friendly and available cashiers. Not to mention the collaborator Lucas from the card, who in a few minutes solved my problem in a fully satisfactory way.
Congratulations to the Team... other than that it's my favorite place to buy my books.
