Excelent reception. Rafael promptly solved the problem with my cell phone, as he didn't need to change parts because the problem was due to humidity, he just didn't charge anything. Very helpful I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu controle de Xbox para concertar no final de 2021, em janeiro me disseram que não tinham peças para concertar. Fui lá buscar demoraram de encontrar meu controle, depois encontraram. Fiquei com ele parado e em abril de 2022 levei para conhecido que trabalha com eletrônica ele me mandou vídeo com o controle faltando um dos motores para vibração, muitos fios tudo solto. Ou a Loja me entregou um controle errado ou detonaram mais meu controle.
I left my Xbox controller to be repaired at the end of 2021, in January they told me they had no parts to repair. I went there to look for it took a while to find my control, then they found it. I kept it stopped and in April 2022 I took it to an acquaintance who works with electronics he sent me a video with the control missing one of the vibration motors, many wires all loose. Either the Store gave me the wrong controller or they detonated more of my controller.

Fui para fazer um orçamento para troca de conector em um celular Lg K11+ , fui atendida pelo técnico Rafael ( via telefone E presencial) ele muito carismático e educado fez todo o procedimento necessário para saber o problema. No final ele me disse apenas q o conector não estava bem soldado, enfim ele foi super honesto cmg e gentil, soldou o conector e hoje meu celular ta ótimo, um ponto positivo nele : a honestidade, ele poderia muito bem me dizer q o conector estava ruim e fazer a troca, pra ganhar o serviço, mas pelo contrário ele soldou pra mim. Atendimento nota mil, ambiente tranquilo, e várias opção e variedades de tudo eletrônicos e jogos. Certeza q voltarei futuramente.
On 02/18 I was at the store around 6:10 pm, and I had one of the best service. I went to get a quote for a connector replacement on a Lg K11+ cell phone, I was attended by technician Rafael (via telephone AND in person) he very charismatic and polite did all the necessary procedure to know the problem. In the end he just told me that the connector was not soldered well, anyway he was super honest with me and kind, he soldered the connector and today my cell phone is great, a positive point in it: honesty, he could very well tell me that the connector was bad and make the exchange, to earn the service, but on the contrary, he soldered for me. Great service, quiet environment, and several options and varieties of everything electronics and games. I'm sure I'll be back in the future.
