★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Bar da Bhama Chopp não é gelado! Não tinha Chopp escuro, atendimento péssimo a impressão que dá é que os funcionários estam ali obrigados, falta treinamento, falta educação. Parece que estão fazendo favor para os clientes. É triste ver um investimento desse porte, local muito bonito e aconchegante. Mas se não investir na qualidade da prestação de serviços nada adianta. Quer tomar um Chopp bhama gelado de verdade? Vá no Outback.
 The Bar da Bhama Chopp is not cold! There was no dark beer, poor service, the impression it gives is that the employees are there, there is a lack of training, a lack of education. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Atendimento nota 0. Funcionários não qrem trabalhar cara, ignirantes. Chopp quente, não sabem nem como colocar na taça. Sempre gostei do bar Brahma, mas esse é decepcionante. Sabemos q já não é barato, o mínimo q exigimos é qualidade e bom atendimento.
Terrible. Service grade 0. Employees do not want to work expensive, non-competents. Hot draft beer, they don't even know how to put it in the glass. I always liked the Brahma bar, but this one is disappointing. We know it is no longer cheap, the minimum we require is quality and good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre passava na frente com vontade de entrar, mas tive uma decepção... Atendimento horrível( uma mocinha era a mais simpática) o arroz veio duro ( dia anterior) a carne veio dura... Pedimos chopp e esqueceram de trazer.Nunca maissss
E mais pedi um suco de laranja e falaram que não iam fazer porque faltava 1 hora para fechar...acredita... Nem eu acreditei
I always walked past wanting to get in, but I was disappointed... Horrible service (a young lady was the friendliest) the rice was hard (the day before) the meat was hard... We ordered beer and they forgot to bring it.
And I asked for an orange juice and they said they wouldn't make it because there was 1 hour to close... believe me... I couldn't believe it either.

Bad experience I ordered a portion of shrimp I didn't have a portion of jerky either I didn't have a portion of cassava either I didn't have anything, the worst of all was asking for a bottle of mineral water and I won't be back either!! !

Simplesmente esquecem do seu pedido e precisa ficar implorando por um chopp. Geralmente faltam porções e as que têm são puro óleo. Fujam dali

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na sexta feira aproximadamente 20hrs euinja esposa einja filha de 1 ano passamos frente e boa que a parte superior onde ficam as mesas estavam com as cadeiras vazias e aberto.
Antes de adentrar fui perguntar ao funcionário se poderíamos sentar nas mesas do piso superior qdo fomos informados q primeiro teriam que preencher as mesas do térreo.
Isso é de uma imbecilidade sem precedentes. Afina estamos em uma pandemia.
Deveriam rever esse tipo de pensamento.
On friday around 20hrs euinja wife einja 1 year old daughter we passed by and good that the upper part where the tables are had the chairs empty and open.
Before entering, I asked the employee if we could sit at the tables on the upper floor when we were told that they would first have to fill the tables on the ground floor.
This is unprecedented imbecility. Afina we are in a pandemic.
They should review this kind of thinking.
