★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja na data de hoje,e quando passei pela porta,onde estava um rapaz e uma moça fazendo abertura da loja os cumprimentei educadamente,o rapaz que aparentemente parecia ser gerente respondeu,logo em seguida já estava a poucos passos dentro da loja eu ouvi um comentário extremamente escroto do rapaz,comentando sobre minhas tatuagens (pois tenho várias,e estava de short no momento),só não ouvi o comentário inteiro,mas ele estava falando sobre as tatuagens nas minhas coxas!!!Algum problema em comentar?Não,se n fosse o imbecil dizendo: "Deve dá o c* com essas tatuagens na coxa,só pode!"
Sinceramente me senti ofendida sim,pois em primeiro lugar,tenha respeito com seus clientes,que sem eles vocês não recebem salários,depois nós mulheres podemos tatuar até na testa se quisermos,e uma pessoa com um cargo tão importante deveria ser exemplo para os demais funcionários,espero de coração que ninguém mais passe por isso,foi muito desconfortante estar neste local,de péssimo atendimento!!!!
I was in the store today, and when I went through the door, where a young man and a girl opening the shop, I greeted them politely, the boy who apparently appeared to be a manager answered, then I was already a few steps inside the store I I heard an extremely scrotal comment from the boy, commenting on my tattoos (because I have several, and I was short at the moment), I just did not hear the whole comment, but he was talking about the tattoos on my thighs! Not if I were the jerk saying, "You should give those tattoos on your thigh, you can only!"
I honestly felt offended, yes, first of all, have respect with your clients, who without them you do not receive salaries, then we women can tattoo on the forehead if we want, and a person with such an important position should be an example for the rest staff, I hope from the heart that no one else goes through this, it was very uncomfortable to be in this place, of terrible service !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na americanas do Band mep para realizar a troca de um presente que a minha filha ganhou no dia das crianças, mas ela tem o brinquedo igual o que ela ganhou. Chegando lá, a senhora que se diz gerente, falou que para eu trocar o presente eu teria que apresentar a nota fiscal, falei para ela que a pessoa que deu o presente não me deu a nota fiscal. Então ela perguntou em qual loja foi feito a compra e o dia que foi feito. Eu falei! Ela queria saber se a pessoa comprou no cartão ou no dinheiro e se fosse no cartão eu teria que saber os quatros últimos números do cartão da pessoa que comprou.? voltei para casa sem trocar o presente. Achei tudo isso um absurdo e não volto mais nessa loja.
I was at the American Band mep to exchange a gift that my daughter got on children's day, but she has the toy just like the one she got. Once there, the lady who calls herself manager said that for me to exchange the gift I would have to present the invoice, I told her that the person who gave the gift did not give me the invoice. Then she asked which store the purchase was made at and the day it was made. I spoke! She wanted to know if the person bought on the card or on cash and if it was on the card I would have to know the last four numbers of the card of the person who bought it.? I returned home without exchanging the gift. I found all this absurd and I will not return to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO! Toda vez que vou às americanas, uma compra que deveria ser rápida demora horrores porque não tem atendentes no caixa! E quando tem, é apenas um, com uma fila acumulada de pessoas esperando! Precisam urgentemente aumentar a quantidade de pessoas no caixa.
TERRIBLE! Every time I go to the American stores, a purchase that should be quick takes a long time because there are no attendants at the cashier! And when there is, it's just one, with an accumulated line of people waiting! They urgently need to increase the number of people at the cashier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Google diz que fecha domingo às 21 h . Cheguei 16:03 a gerente não me deixou entrar porque fecha às 16 h . Por 3 minutos , mesmo com clientes dentro da loja ainda. Péssimo .
Google says it closes Sunday at 9pm. I arrived at 4:03 pm the manager did not let me in because it closes at 4 pm. For 3 minutes, even with customers inside the store still. Terrible .

Google says it closes at 6pm, I arrived at 5pm and it was closed for a while. An absurdity. I was excited to pick up my purchase which just cleared today. ??
