★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Torçam para não comprar produto danificado. Aqui, o código do consumidor não se faz valer. Vc tem um período ridículo para troca (3 dias), e se der sorte, vai esperar mais de 30min no caixa para apenas substituírem seu produto por outro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários não prestam um bom atendimento. Além de fecharem a loja antes do tempo. Fui no sábado na loja e confirmei com atendente qual o horário de funcionamento no domingo. Ela me disse as 15, conforme o site informa. Fui até a loja as 14:20 e ela já estava fechada. Precisava retirar um compra que fiz online e não consegui. Não recomendo essa loja de forma alguma, tanto pelo atendimento quanto pela falta de produtos, as prateleiras nunca são repostas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja desorganizada. Os funcionários antigos com cara amarrada e sempre no canto só de olho enquanto os novos ficam mais perdidos que tudo. Quando há movimento o caixa não aguenta, forma uma fila absurda! Pela variedade de produtos que tem ali, desanima ficar na fila, vale mais a pena passar em qualquer outro lugar. Já vi dois produtos vencidos mas quando fui informar um vendedor ele simplesmente disse ok e não procurou quais eram. Ah e pra divulgar e te enrolar na fila sobre o aplicativo da AME eles são competentes. Essa unidade é puro desespero.
Disorganized store. The old employees with a frown and always in the corner with an eye while the new ones are more lost than anything. When there is movement, the cashier can't take it, forms an absurd line! Due to the variety of products they have there, waiting in line is discouraged, it is better to go anywhere else. I've seen two expired products but when I went to inform a seller he simply said ok and didn't look for them. Oh and to publicize and get you in line about the AME app, they are competent. This unity is pure desperation.
