★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há 8 anos levo meu gatinho para banho e tosa. Excelente. Tem um espaço reservado só para gatos mesmo. A tosadora é rápida e carinhosa com ele. Fazem uma super limpeza do local sob meu pedido antes de iniciar, sem reclamar ou fazer cara feia.
I have been taking my kitten for a bath and grooming for 8 years. Great. It has a space reserved only for cats. The groomer is quick and loving to him. They do a super clean of the place under my request before starting, without complaining or scowling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um excelente pet shop, atendimento bom, ambiente sempre limpo e com variedade de acessórios e medicamentos para os pets, veterinários atenciosos. Mas ultimamente tem passado animais que não estão agendados para a tosa e isso acaba atrasando os que estão agendados.
Meu pet chega no horário, mas é atendido fora do horário, às pressas. Quando a tosa acaba ligam pra informar horas depois.
Não deixarei de ir, porque meu pet é bem tratado lá há anos. Mas algumas coisas precisam ser revistas.
It is an excellent pet shop, good service, always clean and with a variety of accessories and medicines for pets, attentive veterinarians. But lately there have been animals that are not scheduled for grooming and that ends up delaying those that are scheduled.
My pet arrives on time, but is rushed out of hours. When the grooming ends, they call to report hours later.
I won't let go, because my pet has been treated well there for years. But some things need to be revised.

O único problema é que eles infelizmente não atendem fora do horário comercial, domingos e feriados em regime de plantão e emergência.
