★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia , os atendimentos médicos são bons , mas o atendimento de marcação de consultas por telefone é muito péssimo, as atendentes parecem que não se importam ao ver o telefone tocar , quando se liga as 08:00 , fico pendurado ao telefone pelo menos 30 minutos. Obrigado
 Good morning , the medical care is good , but the appointments by phone are very bad , the attendants seem like they do not care to see the phone ring , when you call at 8:00 am , I get hung up on the phone for at least 30 minutes. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho do que reclamar. Levo minha mãe pra fazer fisioterapia lá e sempre somos muito bem atendidas, tanto pelas recepcionistas quando pela fisioterapeuta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo pelo wpp, demoram uma vida pra responder, pelo telefone não atendem. Quando marcam consulta pelo wpp não perguntam nem a hora que vc quer, já saí marcando. Horrível.
Terrible service by wpp, take a lifetime to answer, by phone they don't answer. When they book an appointment through wpp, they don't even ask what time you want, I already left making an appointment. Horrible.

Atendentes sem preparo algum , atendente VERONICA tiinha que passar por um treinamento mais específico e ser mas educada .?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento pelo whats está péssimo, se está tendo muita demanda tem que colocar mais atendentes, estou desde cedo tentando marcar uma consulta, nessa semana n tinha vaga para a área q necessito fui informada q tinha na semana seguinte, vieram me atender as duas horas falando q já n tinha vaga, só no final do mês, a pessoa com urgência tem q esperar até o final do mês pq n terminaram meu atendimento!
The service by whats is terrible, if there is a lot of demand, you have to put more attendants, I've been trying to make an appointment since early, this week there was no vacancy for the area I need I was informed that there was the following week, they came to see me at two o'clock saying that there was no vacancy, only at the end of the month, the person urgently has to wait until the end of the month because they didn't finish my service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha primeira experiência na clínica.simplesme péssimo apenas um clínico geral p atende de 40 a 50 pessoas. A demora no atendimento de 5 horas.todos reclamando muito da demora. Total falta de respeito aos profissionais e usuários. Vamos fazer uma clínica popular; mas visando a humanização; barato não é de graça.
My first experience at the clinic.it's just terrible, only one general practitioner sees 40 to 50 people. The delay in service of 5 hours. Everyone complaining a lot about the delay. Total lack of respect for professionals and users. Let's make a popular clinic; but aiming at humanization; cheap is not free.
