Era para eu ter feito uma panorĂąmica, pois iria colocar o aparelho em outra profissional que jĂĄ conheço, tentaram me empurrar o aparelho por um valor mais barato que ia pagar com a panorĂąmica inclusa, todo esse rolĂȘ relatei no reclame aqui (peguem a pipoca). Falei que sĂł fecharia o tratamento se conseguisse resolver tudo no mesmo dia pra nĂŁo precisar voltar na outra semana, disseram que eu conseguiria fazer a panorĂąmica e a instalação do aparelho desde que eu adiantasse a parcela referente a janeiro e fevereiro, ou seja ia pagar 214 reais em vez de 107, jĂĄ havia feito limpeza 3 dias antes na ortodontista de confiança e o profissional que me atendeu por dois minutos, disse que eu tinha q fazer de novo... Fui tĂŁo enrolada que no final, nĂŁo fiz nem o que era pra fazer quando cheguei que era minha radiografia, fiquei com tanta raiva, que minha vontade era de quebrar tudo, e a Daniele (que foi quem agendou meu exame) veio com a cara mais cĂnica do mundo me pedir desculpa. Desculpa paga meu tempo perdido ali? Paga o custo do meu deslocamento? Fiquei de 17h30 do dia de hoje (17/01/22) atĂ© 19h pra nĂŁo dar um passo em evolução do meu tratamento. Ă ir pra se estressar. NĂŁo vale o desgaste.
Bad experience. Dishonest people. I was supposed to have a panoramic view, because I was going to put the device in another professional I already know, they tried to push me the device for a cheaper price than I was going to pay with the panoramic included, all this ride I reported in the advertisement here (get the popcorn) . I said that I would only close the treatment if I managed to solve everything on the same day so I wouldn't have to come back the next week, they said that I would be able to do the panoramic and install the device as long as I advanced the installment for January and February, that is, I would pay 214 reais instead of 107, I had already had the cleaning done 3 days before at the trusted orthodontist and the professional who attended me for two minutes said I had to do it again... I was so confused that in the end, I didn't even do what it was supposed to be done when I arrived, it was my X-ray, I got so angry, I wanted to break everything, and Daniele (who was the one who scheduled my exam) came with the most cynical face in the world to apologize. Sorry, do you pay for my wasted time there? Do you pay the cost of my travel? I stayed from 5:30 pm today (01/17/22) until 7 pm not to take a step forward in my treatment. It's going to be stressed. Not worth the wear and tear.
