Ao mesmo tempo recebendo a comunicação de tenho em débito na conta nº do cliente 8590634 os meses de 11/2021 e 12/2021.
O que não é verdade.
Pedi a transferência de titularidade e começaram a vir duas contas para a mesma instalação. Uma das vezes fui a ENEL e a atendente separou uma para pagar e ficou com a outra. depois normalizou e começaram a vir as contas normais, espero que seja verificada a duplicidade de cobrança durante o período em que pedi a mudança de titularidade, certamente paguei a que estava em nome do meu marido Darcy.
