Porém sem o mínimo de respeito com a vizinhança. Não tem isolamento acústico.
O som ultrapassa os limites e encomoda a vizinha, que é composta por idosos, pessoas
trabalhando em home office e em breve um bebê recém nascido.

Meses tentando acordo e o dono que disse providenciaria acústica e mostrou ser sem palavra. Cobra valores altíssimos de mensalidades e não quer ter gasto com seus caprichos, mesmo sabendo que seus vizinhos estão sendo prejudicados. A policia já foi acionada diversas vezes e um processo alem da prefeitura será concretizado, já que não tem acordo com o responsável, sr, Leandro.
