★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima construtora. Entregou o apto de "qualquer jeito" devido ao prazo para entrega estar finalizando. Vários vícios da construção e insistem em jogar a culpa nos condomínios. Não aceita ouvir o cliente é muito menos tem estrutura para respostas aos e-mails que enviamos de questionamento. Primeira e última vez que compro imóvel com eles.
Bad builder. Delivered the apt "any way" due to the deadline for delivery being ending. Various construction vices and insist on blaming the condominiums. It does not accept to listen to the client, much less has a structure for responses to the emails we send in question. First and last time I buy property with them.
