★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois do contrato assinado o profissionalismo desaparece. Eles desligam o telefone, rejeitam chamada. Fizemos um acordo oral de que o problema seria resolvido em dias e há dois meses estou correndo atrás mas eles não resolvem.
After the signed contract, professionalism disappears. They hang up the phone, reject a call. We made an oral agreement that the problem would be solved in days and for two months I have been chasing but they do not solve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária. Profissionais desqualificados. Alugam casa com defeito elétrico, encanamento, infiltrando a casa toda e não consertam. Se você não conhecem seus direitos e não querem entrar na justiça para resolver os problemas não contratem com esta imobiliária. Eu felizmente conheço os meus direitos!
Terrible real estate. Disqualified professionals. They rent houses with electrical defects, plumbing, infiltrating the whole house and they don't fix it. If you do not know your rights and do not want to go to court to solve the problems do not contract with this real estate company. I happily know my rights!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais desqualificados, se é que podem ser chamados de profissionais! Inúmeros problemas no imóvel... sabíamos de parte dos problemas, que se via a olho nu, e entramos no imóvel pois no ato do fechamento do contrato se dispuseram a resolver todos os problemas . Alguns foram resolvidos, pois eles(imobiliária) foram vencidos pelo cansaço de ligações e mensagens diárias ! Os problemas que estão à resolver, sempre enrolam, inventam desculpas, visualizam mensagens do Whatsapp e não respondem , ligamos e o gerente sempre "não está" e quando atendem, usam de ironia e grosseria! Desde outubro, que é o mês que entrei no imóvel, não tenho um mês sequer de paz. Os problemas se amontoam, e eles não fazem a mínima questão dos clientes . Nunca paguei 1 aluguel atrasado, sempre mantendo o compromisso em dia, e em troca ganho essa falta de empatia, de respeito e de profissionalismo! Não recomendo a ninguém! Se eu pudesse avaliar com zero estrela , ainda seria muito.

Some were resolved, as they (real estate) were overcome by the tiredness of daily calls and messages! The problems they are solving, they always get involved, they make excuses, they see Whatsapp messages and they do not answer, we call and the manager is always "not there" and when they answer, they use irony and rudeness! Since October, which is the month I entered the property, I haven't had a single month of peace. Problems pile up, and they don't care about customers. I never paid 1 rent late, always keeping my commitment up to date, and in return I gain this lack of empathy, respect and professionalism! I don't recommend it to anyone! If I could rate it with zero stars, it would still be a lot.
