Toda e qualquer solicitação que faziamos a imobiliaria era colocada muita dificuldade para resolver e sempre extremamente lentos. Cancelamos nosso contrato e entregamos nossa sala alugada devido a vários problemas onde solicitamos sem solução além do péssimo atendimento. Estou postando meu comentário pois me chegou essa solicitação pelo whatsapp pedindo. Portanto fica ai minha experiência que no caso foi terrivel. Sinceramente se for alugar outro imovel e estiver nessa imobiliaria, certamente buscarei outro lugar. Relato isso com muita tranquilidade, pois sei que nossa empresa é absolutamente integra, não deve absolutamente nenhum centavo a ninguem e temos credibilidade para fazer essa critica. att. My experience with real estate was terrible !! We always pay absolutely everything on time. Any and all requests that we made to real estate were very difficult to resolve and always extremely slow. We canceled our contract and delivered our rented room due to several problems where we requested no solution besides the terrible service. I'm posting my comment because I got this request by whatsapp asking. So here is my experience, which in this case was terrible. Honestly if I'm going to rent another property and are in that property, I will certainly look for another place. I report this very calmly, because I know that our company is absolutely integral, it owes absolutely no penny to anyone and we have credibility to make this criticism. Att. Fernando Gilbert

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo antendimento do setor financeiro. Pessoas sem compreensão. Paguei um boleto de aluguel na data correta, porém após alguns dias o dinheiro foi estornado e constou um erro no bometo. Entrei em contato com o financeiro e eles fizeram pouco caso e fui obrigado a pagar 10% de juros sobre o valor do boleto. Um absurdo!
Não indico a Andares Imóveis a ninguém. Péssima empresa.
Poor performance in the financial sector. People without understanding. I paid a rent slip on the correct date, but after a few days the money was refunded and there was an error in the ticket. I contacted the finance company and they ignored it and I was forced to pay 10% interest on the amount of the bill. An absurdity!
I do not recommend Andares Imóveis to anyone. Bad company.
