★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pior serviço que ja vi e olha que mudei so tem 2meses aluguei um apartamento no riacho fiquei 7 dias sem agua, segundo mes q me enviam cobraças que ja tinha sido conversado antes da locação e resolvido. então resumindo que passar raiva e alugar aqui. conforme o paragrafo terceiro do contrato que nao e comprido e sempre jogando taxas para pagar!
Worst service I've ever seen and look that I've only moved for 2 months I rented an apartment on the creek I was without water for 7 days, the second month they send me charges that had already been discussed before the lease and resolved. so summing up that get angry and rent here. according to the third paragraph of the contract which is not long and always throwing fees to pay!

Infelizmente as empresas do Brasil se emocionam muito com feriados. Para todo mundo e só vão voltar ao serviço após réveillon... Perderam um contrato.

Unfortunately, companies in Brazil are very emotional about holidays. For everyone and will only return to service after New Year's Eve... They lost a contract.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei visita com o João as 10:00. Cheguei no horário marcado e o rapaz nem se quer lembrava que tinha agendado, liguei para lá as 10:15 e ele disse que estava a caminho.
Resumo: fiquei até 10:30 mofando e nada do João, por volta de 10:35 ele me liga dizendo que está sem a chave do imóvel para visita. NOTA ZERO para o Atendimento, organização, compromisso e profissionalismo.
I scheduled a visit with João at 10:00. I arrived at the appointed time and the guy didn't even remember that he had it, I called him at 10:15 and he said he was on his way.
Summary: I was moldy until 10:30 and nothing from João, around 10:35 he calls me saying he doesn't have the key to the property to visit. ZERO NOTE for Service, organization, commitment and professionalism.
