Entregam até antes da data programada porém não é bem o que os corretores dizem em relação a principalmente ao valor da evolução da obra,pois é quando vai assinar o contrato no banco é que fica sabendo o valor. Não se enganem com falsas promessas,pois na construtora dizem um valor irrisório e se paga mais de 10 vzs mais.( Evolução da obra em andamento)
I bought my life for my house, financed by the Caixa Economico. They deliver even before the scheduled date but it is not quite what brokers say in relation to mainly the value of the evolution of the work, because it is when you sign the contract at the bank that you know the value. Apartamentos de 43 metros quadrados por 190 mil reais, financiamento da Caixa em 30 anos, além da entrada que pode ser dividida em 48 meses ( 4 anos) o restante é financiado em 30 anos. Se Vc multiplicar a prestação pelos 30 anos e sem os juros que ainda vão incidir anualmente o apartamento vai pra 360 mil reais. Se Vc para e fizer estas contas com certeza não vai comprar.
