★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui notificada pelo proprietário do imóvel que estou alugando que a Imobiliária Andes não tem repassado os valores do Condomínio e IPTU do anos passado e do ano corrente, deixando ele com um dívida enorme. Fui checar no Reclame Aqui e é uma prática antiga dessa Imobiliária não repassar os valores pagos pelos inquilinos.
I was notified by the owner of the property that I am renting that Imobiliária Andes has not passed on the values of the Condominium and Property Tax for the past and current years, leaving him with a huge debt. I went to check in Reclame Aqui and it is an old practice of this real estate company not to pass on the amounts paid by tenants.

Disrespect towards animals and neighbors. They leave the dogs alone all night. It barks nonstop and no one sleeps anymore.

Há dois cachorros de grande porte presos e sem tresponsável na imobiliária latindo o dia todo, de madrugada e finais de semana.
Os animais ficam abandonados fora do horário comercial e estão estressados com o movimento da rua. Nos finais de semana ficam sujos, com muitas fezes e urina no quintal.
Estou reunindo outros vizinhos para procurar os meios legais para solucionar o problema, isso é muito desrespeito e cruel com os animais.
Do not respect neighbors and animals.
There are two large dogs trapped and without responsibility at the real estate agency barking all day, at dawn and on weekends.
The animals are abandoned outside business hours and are stressed by the movement in the street. On weekends they are dirty, with lots of feces and urine in the yard.
I'm gathering other neighbors to look for legal ways to solve the problem, this is very disrespectful and cruel to animals.
