Worst experience, ñ not even for my enemy, they were late in delivery, missing material, broken tiles, bad quality wood, in case they have a good price but quality ?

Depois de eu aprovar o orçamento, fechar o pedido e ficar só no aguardo para fazer o pagamento, me informaram que não trabalhavam com o produto que comprei. Na hora de vender tinha tudo. Demoraram 2 dias pra descobrir isso. Cuidado com suas compras nessa loja.
Bad organization. Terrible attendance. After I approved the budget, closed the order and just waited to make the payment, I was informed that they did not work with the product I bought. At the time of selling, I had everything. It took them 2 days to figure it out. Be careful with your purchases at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comprei 4x madeiras com eles. A madeira é boa, embora já tenha havido casos de ela vir empenada. No entanto, é a empresa mais incapaz que eu já vi sobre cumprimento de prazos. Nas quatro entregas, sem exceção, me enrolaram e não conseguiram entregar na data correta. É ridículo.
I already bought 4x woods with them. The wood is good, although there have been cases where it has been warped. However, it is the most inept company I have ever seen on meeting deadlines. In the four deliveries, without exception, they rolled me up and failed to deliver on the correct date. It's ridiculous.

Quando liguei pra empresa, em vez de reconhecerem o erro e se disponibilizar para cortar conforme minha encomenda, perguntaram se eu não poderia dar um jeito de cortar. Eu insisti que especifiquei a medida antes de fechar a compra e que não estava certo eu ter que cortar. A atendente falou que ia ver o que podia fazer e que me retornava a ligação. Estou esperando até hoje.
I ordered slats with specific measurements and received them cut to the largest measurement I ordered. When I called the company, instead of acknowledging the error and being available to cut according to my order, they asked if I couldn't find a way to cut it. I insisted that I specified the measurement before closing the purchase and that it wasn't right that I had to cut it. The attendant said that she would see what she could do and that she would call me back. I'm waiting until today.
