★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa loja não é ruim, é péssima, dizem através de rede social (WHATSAPP) que realizam o serviço, ao ir no local, contam livros para não fazerem o serviço pois acham difícil demais. Loja assim não tem respeito e zelo pelo cliente, fazem com que eles se desloquem até o local para ouvir histórias, :tem quadro de funcionários reduzidos e que não mechem mas no aparelho por determinadas situações, ao invés de serem claros e objetivos anteriormente, já que não são capazes de sanar a assistência, Deviam fechar e venderem livros de conto de fadas!!!
This store is not bad, it's terrible, they say through social network (WhatsApp) who perform the service, when going on the spot tells books not to do the service because they find it too hard. Shop thus has respect and zeal by the client, they make them move up to the place to listen to stories,: have a framework for reduced staff and who do not mechem but in the apparatus for certain situations, rather than being clear and objective, already who are not able to heal the tour, they should close and sell fairy tale books !!!
