★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Me arrependo desde o primeiro dia que entrei nessa clínica. O atendimento da Dra Glenda é ruim, sem falar na arrogância, fiz um procedimento e só piorou minha situação, gastei dinheiro em vão.
 Bad experience! I regret it from the first day I entered this clinic. Dr. Glenda's service is bad, not to mention arrogance, I did a procedure and it only made my situation worse, I spent money in vain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho pontos positivos e outros negativos. Atendimento por parte dos recepcionista é ótimo! Pessoas bem simpáticas. Porém, fiz um tratamento de varizes com uma médica lá que não teve efeito algum, fiz um tratamento a leize e não houve resultados positivos, a ária que foi tratada ainda estar com varizes.
I have positives and other negatives. Service by the receptionist is great! Very nice people. However, I had a varicose vein treatment with a doctor there that had no effect, I had a leize treatment and there were no positive results, the aria that was treated was still with varicose veins.

Os consultórios são organizados, possuem um ambiente "clean" e higienizado. O atendimento é diferenciado, sempre com muita atenção e respeito. São inquestionáveis os elogios citados por mim, pois com certeza, foi através desses atributos que hoje estou muito satisfeita e divulgado a clínica, Dr. Hebert clement o excelente médico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepcionistas atenciosas e simpáticas, sabem fazer o acolhimento ao paciente de forma correta e humanizada! O porteiro é engraçado kkk.
Tempo de espera um pouco elevado.
Uma sugestão é que poderiam construir um local onde os pacientes pudessem estacionar os carros, pois a rua tem bastante tráfico e fica impossibilitado de conseguir vagas próximas à clínica.

Standby time is a bit high.
One suggestion is that they could build a place where patients could park the cars, as the street has a lot of traffic and is unable to get places near the clinic.

Meu pai com 78 anos e essa mulher sem nenhuma paciência, dando fora o tempo todo. Nunca foi tão mal atendida por um médico como fomos com essa criatura.
Dr. Glenda is the most ARROGANT and BAD EDUCATED Dr. you will ever meet. How is this lady a doctor? We were extremely poorly attended. My 78-year-old father and this woman with no patience, giving up all the time. Never been so poorly attended by a doctor as we were with this creature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento com Dra. Glenda. Atendimento rude, hostil, mal ouve as queixas do paciente, discorda de tudo que a pessoa fala e nem espera finalizar o raciocínio.
Além disso, fui realizar o Doppler dos membros inferiores e ela também foi descortês, ao invés de esclarecer objetivamente o que ela queria, ela fala de modo áspero. Não volto a me consultar nessa clínica, principalmente com essa médica.
Terrible service with Dr. Glenda. Rude, hostile service, barely listens to the patient's complaints, disagrees with everything the person says and doesn't even wait to finish the reasoning.
In addition, I went for Doppler of the lower limbs and she was also impolite, instead of objectively clarifying what she wanted, she speaks harshly. I will not see this clinic again, especially with this doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Em função de muita chuva na Cidade no dia de hj, cheguei atrasada para meu atendimento, estava agendada as 8:15, infelizmente cheguei às 8:40. Já fiquei surpresa quando a funcionária da recepção falou que iria perguntar a médica se a mesma iria me atender, logo fui informada que seria atendida. Fui chamada ao atendimento por volta das 10:10, Questionei a funcionária da recepção sobre a demora, no atendimento. Fui atendida pela Dra Glenda de forma hostil, grosseira e ainda me falou que dei sorte de ter sido atendida. Sendo que a paciente que chegou no horário certo agendado de 9:15 só foi chamada às 9:40. Estou indignada. Quantas vezes chegamos a um consultório médico no horário e esperamos muito por um atendimento, sem se quer nos queixar, isso é uma falta de respeito
