★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sei que é só mais uma em um monte de reclamações, mas estou inconformada com o atendimento que venho recebendo, conclui a graduação e não consigo de maneira alguma receber meu diploma.
tento contato por telefone e simplesmente não consigo falar com alguem, na central fica só no atendimento automático.
secretaria não sei pra que tem telefone se não atendem, na data de ontem tentei ligar vezes, em horários diferentes.
Por e-mail tenho retorno porém frio, seco e sem a solução do meu problema.
Em resumo, tive que pagar uma tava de reativação de curso, e mesmo assim não consigo acessar o portal do aluno para pedir o diploma.
enfim, não recomendo.
quem puder, procure outra instituição.
 I know it's just one more in a bunch of complaints, but I'm unhappy with the service I've been getting, I've completed my graduation and I can't get my diploma at all.
I try to get in touch by phone and I just can't talk to someone, the call center is just the automatic answering service.
secretary I don't know what they have a phone for if they don't answer, on yesterday's date I tried to call times, at different times.
By e-mail I have a cold, dry return and no solution to my problem.
In short, I had to pay a course reactivation fee, and even so I can't access the student portal to apply for the diploma.
anyway, I don't recommend it.
whoever can, look for another institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contamos com aulas presenciais(gostaria que elas pudessem voltar o quanto antes, o que não está ocorrendo por causa da pandemia) neste momento estão sendo oferecidas aulas online, mas o que levamos em conta é estar próximo de tudo com o fácil acesso pela a avenida Presidente Antônio Carlos em um dos bairros mais tradicionais de Belo Horizonte, próximo ao batalhão dos bombeiros de Minas Gerais.
We have in-person classes (I wish they could come back as soon as possible, which is not happening because of the pandemic) currently online classes are being offered, but what we take into account is to be close to everything with easy access along the avenue President Antônio Carlos in one of the most traditional neighborhoods of Belo Horizonte, close to the fire department in Minas Gerais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O telefone não existe, está manchando o nome do Pitágoras e os gestores não veem isso, vc não consegue nenhum atendimento por telefone e pelo portal tb não consigo fazer a minha solicitação.
The phone doesn't exist, it's smearing Pitágoras' name and the managers don't see it, you can't get any phone service and I can't make my request through the portal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O contato com essa faculdade é péssimo, não existe maneira de falar com esta instituição se não for para fazer uma inscrição. Pelo whatsapp não conseguem ajudar, pelo telefone você não consegue chegar ao destino final, e segundo informação da pessoa que me atendeu no whatsapp não tem e-mail para comunicação.
Nem reclame aqui respondem!!
Se alguém que está lendo este post pensa em fazer curso, já adianto não é uma boa.
Contact with this faculty is terrible, there is no way to talk to this institution if not to make an application. Through whatsapp they cannot help, over the phone you cannot reach the final destination, and according to information from the person who attended me on whatsapp, there is no e-mail for communication.
Do not complain here respond!!
If someone who is reading this post thinks about taking a course, I'll go ahead and it's not a good thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instituição conta com ótimo corpo docente. A estrutura da faculdade melhorou. Biblioteca bem montada. Falta um bom auditório e mais segurança. As catracas não funcionam. Mas já estão trabalhando para melhorar esse cenário. Ótima localização.
Institution has a great faculty. The college structure has improved. Well-assembled library. A good auditorium and more security are lacking. The turnstiles don't work. But they are already working to improve this scenario. Great location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou ex aluna me formei em 2021 só não dou 0 estrelas porque não é possível.!! Você não consegue falar com nenhum canal de atendimento nem por telefone nem por WhatsApp nem por e-mail nada. É horrível ter que esperar mais de 120 dias pra entrega de um diploma que no caso eles mandam os alunos aguardar eles entrarem em contato, infelizmente pra qualquer coisa que precisar resolver você vai ter que sair da sua casa e ir até lá ,secretária ruim de serviço!! Não recomendo a Faculdade Anhanguera/Pitágoras.
I'm a former student I graduated in 2021 I just don't give 0 stars because it's not possible.!! You can't talk to any customer service channel or by phone or by WhatsApp or by email. It's horrible to have to wait more than 120 days for a diploma to be delivered, in case they tell the students to wait for them to get in touch, unfortunately for anything you need to solve you'll have to leave your house and go there, bad secretary of service!! I do not recommend Anhanguera/Pythagoras College.
